Gone Forever

Broken promises

Bella's P.O.V:

"W-what? There gone!? How could they!? They promised?!" I screamed. People started to look at me, but I ignored them!

"I told them not to leave sis!" Jack said. How come they lied?! It wasn't fair.

"But they gave me this piece of paper!" He said, as he gave me a email address.

"They gave this to you?" I asked.

"Yep! They said if I ever went over your house I could give it to you sis!" He said.

"They did? When did they leave?" I asked.

"I forgot!" Jack said.

"We have to get to them. Jack, come on, your coming home with me! And so is Lexie!" I said.

"But we can't!" Jack said. My lips curled into a smile.

"Oh yes we can." I said.

"Okay, come on, out the back door." I said, as I opened the back door to the orphanage. I was holding Lexie in one arm, as Jack held the diaper bag, and his small backpack in the other. I was planning on sneaking them to the car.

I guided them to the car, which was parked very close.

"Okay, so right now you will hide in the back seat!" I said. I just needed to open the car, so they could get in, and no one would know I, or they were gone!

"Jack, hold onto Lexie, and DONT drop her!" I said, as I gave Lexie to Jackson. He held onto her tightly, as I took the bags from his hands, and put them on the floor.

Using all my might, I tried to open the door, but it wouldn't move. Using my force, I tried again, as the same thing happened.

"Crap it's locked!" I said.

"Now what are we going to do?" Jack asked, as Lexie started to cry.

"Here, give her this!" I said, as I gave him the bottle to stick in her mouth. Lexie grabbed onto it, by herself as she stuck it in her mouth.

"Okay, that's better." I said.

"What are we going to do?" Jack asked. Then, an idea came into my head!

"Jackson, I can ask Colette for the keys!" I said, as he nodded. I would just say how I wanted to get something from the car to give to my friend! (Even if I really didn't have any friends there, so what!)

"Okay, stay here!" I said, as I opened the doors to the orphanage. I ran past the lady, and to the room where mom was.

"Mom, can I have the car keys? I need to get something from the car!" I said, putting on my best innocent face. Mom looked at me, not looking too convinced.

"What do you need to get?" She asked.

"Um, a gift for my friend, uh." I said, looking around at random objects in the room, hoping to find a name that I could use. Then I spotted the name Dakota on the map.

"Dakota!" I said. Mom raised her eyebrow. (A/N: eyebrows on fleek)

"Okay, here are the keys just don't loose them!" Mom said, as she handed me the keys. I smiled, and thanked her, as I ran outside.

"Jack, Lex?" I asked, looking around.

"We are here!" He said, as I ran to the back of the car. I unlocked the doors.

"Yay! Now we don't have to stay in the cold snow!" Jackson said, as I helped him and Lexie into the car. I put there stuff in the trunk.

"Okay, now you guys duck here." I said, as I hid them behind the seats. Lexie had fallen asleep, and I gave Jackson her blanket to put on her.

"Okay, now be very quiet." I said to him, as he nodded.

"I'm ready to go!" I said, as mom shut her phone off.

"Okay, I'm gonna sign out!" Mom said, as we walked to the from desk, and mom signed out. We opened the doors and left.

"Bella, can I have the keys?" Mom said, as I nodded. I gulped, hoping the plan would work.

Mom unlocked the door, and we both got in. I sat in the backseat, as mom sat in the front. She put the keys in the ignition, as she started to drive.

I gave Jack a small thumbs up, from the crack of the seat, as he smiled. We were almost halfway to home, before mom decided to speak.

"So Bella, how were-" was what mom said, before she was interrupted by a cry.

It was Lexie's cry.

Oh the trouble I knew I would be in.
