Chapter 5

Infront of the restroom, behind the wall

Aaron left Rachel in the dark corner to go to the restroom. Rachel, alone, starting to feel guilty, with doubt on her face.

She whispered to herself: "Why am I doing this? I shouldn't be doing this. Lindsay is my good friend, she would never do anything to relinquish me and Aaron, though, I never taught him my secrets yet."

Aaron never really went to the restroom. He was hiding, beside the corner, listening. He had a new plan, he thought to himself.

He said: "I guess she wanted to take the harder path, well let's see how she handles that."

Monday, Lindsay's house

Lindsay woke up. She smiled, remembering how Jaime gave her food. It was so nice and pleasant, she couldn't stop thinking about what Jaime did to her, thinking about them as best friends.

School

She went to school, calmly. She used taxi to go to the school.

While walking through the school parking lot, she passed by the school's park, seeing children being best friends with one another. And again, she remembered her and Jaime being best friends as she smiled all her way to the classroom.

Classroom

When she went in the classroom, her friends wasn't there yet, until she saw Jaime, she went to Jaime.

Jaime greeted Lindsay with a warm hearted feeling: "Hi Lindsay! How are you?"

Lindsay smiled, felt grateful and said: "Hi Jaime, I'm fine, how about you?"

Jaime said: "Oh I'm fine too, it looks like we're both fine! Lol.."

They both giggled at each other, even though it wasn't funny.

They started talking about the wonders of life, like music, food, etc.

Until Rebecca came in the classroom and saw Lindsay with Jaime.

Rebecca said to Lindsay : "Yo Lindsay, stop talking to that girl and get your butt here, follow me.."

Lindsay shouted: "Okay! I'm coming!" with excitement.

Lindsay smiled to Jaime and said: "I'll meet you later. See ya later Jaime!"

Jaime said with a slight smile: "Okay Lindsay, see you later!"

They smiled at each other and they giggled again as Lindsay ran out of the classroom, while Jaime still smiling.

Hallway

The bell rang and they all left the classroom to sing the national anthem.

Everyone queued in two lines in the hallway. One line for boys, one line for girls. They placed their right hand in their heart, and began singing the national anthem.

While the national anthem is playing, a weird robotic sound that probably involved computers, gears, and whatever robotic sound is heard.

Obviously, you can't just do some unnecessary things while the song is playing or else you might be prosecuted, expelled, or even sent to jail. Jail? Not really sure if that would happen at school, but let's face it because it's better to be safe than sorry.

Classroom

They went back to the classroom and sat down as they went to their respective places.

Lindsay and Jaime exchanged one last smile. Next subject was English class.
