Hallway
"Aaah, the start of a new day." A mysterious voice said. It sounded creepy, yet one could tell he was joyful and smiling when he said that, but in a devilish tone.
He placed his bare hand on the doorknob.
"Will this be my day? It's too soon to find out."
He twisted the doorknob and opened the door and entered, the start of a new day has begun, with everything planned to change. His step, is the first second of the ticking bomb.
He grinned. "Hello world." Inside, he's laughing, devilishly. "Mwahahaha."
Next day, Friday, classroom, homeroom time
Everybody were talking about the issue about yesterday.
Lindsay said to Madison: "Who do you think is our new adviser?"
"I don't know."
Suddenly, the door of the classroom opened softly.
A substitute adviser came in silently.
Everyone turned their heads in front of him.
The class started complaining about Teacher Joel getting fired.
"We want teacher Joel back!"
"Why would they do this to him?!"
"He is the best teacher in this school!"
"I quit!"
"Ugh, Mr. Joel must be back. Now!"
"I hate the principal now!"
The substitute teacher shouted: "Quiet!" loudly.
But, they were still making noise at the classrom.
So he banged his grey metallic book on the wooden table to catch their attention
Everyone became silent and went back to their seats.
The teacher introduced himself: "Good morning everyone. My name is Mr. Dixon. I will be your new adviser for the rest of the year."
He smiles at them and begins to ask every student about themselves, since he's new around the school he doesn't know much about anyone except the teachers.
First period, English
Mrs. Fox comes in and starts to discuss about their new lesson: Idioms and idiomatic expressions.
She opened the screen projector and the computer as well as they wait for the computer to open. (it takes centuries to open the computer)
She presented her PowerPoint presentation about idioms.
She started talking about idioms like: "When pigs fly, apple doesn't fall far from the tree, a penny for your thought, cost an arm and a leg, and more."
-15 minutes later-
Mrs. Fox said: "Now, I'm going to give you guys a surprise seatwork."
