A once peaceful land was once disrupted by a man named Victor Donovan. He used the DNA of a Mugan Tenshi ninja named Kasumi to create Alpha-152 and a new creation, known as Phase 4. But that was not the end of it...he was also kidnapping innocent people and some of the strongest fighters around the world and turning them into humanoid androids. Aware of this threat, Helena Douglas contacts Ryu Hayabusa and his friends and informs them of Victor Donovan and his scheme. Desperate for an answer to stop him, Hayabusa offered to create a class of beginning ninjas and train them to face off against the threat. Back at the Sakura temple, Hayabusa and his trusted friend Hayate got to work. With Helena's help, they used DOATEC to spread the word and look for worthy students to become ninjas. Many were intrigued and chose to head to Sakura and sign up. Many of the old Dead Or Alive champions and contestants offered to join and become ninjas. The fight of a lifetime begins now!!!
