I looked out the window to see a nice house with green grass and a nicely taken care of garden, like someone lives here and takes care of it.

"What is this place?" I said as my breath fogged up the window.

"Grandmas house?" said Sophie looking at Max waiting for his answer.

"Get out. " He said.

"Uh are you gonna answer me?" said Sophie, sounding a bit annoyed.

"I said get out." said Max.

I quickly opened the door a thought of running. but I can't just leave Sophie. It has to be a different time.  As we all walked towards the door it opened and a lady with white hair came out.

"Max? Sophie? What are you doing here?" She said in surprise. "Who is this?" She said looking at me.

"Don't mind her, and we just need somewhere to stay." He said.

"Okay sure." She said with a smile as she opened the door for us to walk in.

"So whats your name?" she said as i walked in the door.

"Uhh.. Its-"

"Its Caymen Grandma." Max said cutting me off.

"I asked Caymen." She said.

I couldn't help but laugh.

"What are you laughing at?!" Max said.

"You." said his grandma. "You don't own her. So she doesn't deserve your disrespect. Go to the guest room and unpack your things. Now. Me and Caymen here are gonna talk." She said putting her arm around me and smiling.

She had nice straight white teeth like she just brushed them or got them whitened.

I'm starting to like her. I don't know if I'm sure I will want to leave now..

"Would you like something to drink?" She said walking me towards the couch.

"Water would be nice. Thanks." I said trying to fake a smile.

She walked over to the kitchen and left me in the living room. It was nice, it had a flat screen T.V. and nice black suede couches and fuzzy carpets.

"So how do you know Maxy? She said with a glass of water in one hand and a sandwich in the other.

"Uhh. Its a long story." I said, voice shaky.

"Oh really? I got nothing to do today. Maybe you can tell me this long story.

"Its really long." I said taking the water and sandwich from he as she sat down.

"You look sick." She said feeling my forehead.

"I think I might be." I said taking a bite of the sandwich, it was really good.

"I'll go ask Max." She said getting up.

"No! Don't. Please." I said setting my water and half eaten sandwich on the table.

"Why not?" She said quickly sitting back down.
