'What do you mean gone' I almost scream tears going down my face. I may be a guy but I have that soft spot like girls.

"She went to Paris with her friend Jennifer she should be arriving today" Mrs.Bay smiles at me.

Oh thank god she's not gone gone.

"And there she is sweetheart" she says pointing at an CRV parking on the side. She steps out with her hair flowing every where. She's beautiful. She steps out of her car and I tackle her on the floor.

Courtney's P.O.V

I see him run up to me and I land on the grass with him on top of me. I missed him.

"Courtney it's you! I missed you so much" he says laughing and hugging me on the grass.

'I missed you too' I whisper. He kisses me before I can say anything else. When suddenly my dad gets home. Oh no.

"WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING MAKING OUT ON MY LAWN" he yells ripping us apart once again.

'Dad! Leave us alone' I scream at the top of my lungs.

"You do not tell me what to do young lady" he sounds drunk.

Cooper grabs my wrist and shoves me in his car locking all doors. He gets in and we drive off. I see my mom weeping on the floor as she fades away from my sight.

'Where are we going?' I ask scared.

"Don't worry court I'm protecting you" he says putting his hand in mine. We stop at his house and he takes me straight to a room with only a bed in it.

'Whats this?' I ask.

"It's your room you can stay here as long as you want to protect yourself from your dad" he says with a smile.

"You don't have to do this cooper" I say putting my arms around his neck.

He puts his arms around my waist and says "I'd do anything for you". Once again we're making out.

"COOTIES!!!" Coopers little sister says screaming.

Coopers P.O.V

Whenever I'm with her I feel happy and in love. Yes in love.

'My mom said we could go shopping for decorations and stuff for your room' I smile at her giving her 500$ my mom left.

"That's too much money!" She says with a shocked tone.

'Court we'd do anything for you' i say stroking her hair. She finally agrees and I grab my car keys and drive. We don't really know where to go so we go to target. She gets about 45 posters, bean bags, a lamp, A One direction bed set, Justin bieber rugs, and 2 mirrors. We spent 200$ there.

'Wow court you sure love Justin bieber and one direction' I say laughing. 'Dont you think it's too much?'

"Um excuse me but it's my room right?" Courtney says in a bossy tone but laughs at the same time.

'Sorry mrs.bossy' I say laughing kissing her on the cheek. I just remembered we're not dating. We hop in the car and drive to the mall. I take her to stores she's never heard of before like Hollister, Pac sun, Aeropostale, Tilly's, Forever 21, and more. We spend 300$ on clothes. I'm exhausted.

Courtney's P.O.V*

I can't believe he was willing to go girl shopping with me. We spent all the money that his mom gave us not leaving a single dime.

"Do you like the stuff you got?" He asks.

'Ya thank you so much coop your amazing' I say hugging him tightly.

We walk to Cold stone and grab an ice cream. I get Cheesecake with gummy bears and sprinkles. He gets coffee flavored with chocolate chips.

"Court tomorrow we go back to school do you wanna hang out with me and my crew" he asks with a mouthful of ice cream.

'Gees cover your mouth that's not ladylike' I smile saying this.

He laughs. "Sorry mrs.perfection" "Now answer my question" he snaps.

'I can't....' I whisper so low hoping he can't hear. But he does.

"Why can't you?" He sighs.

'I wanna be... With my friends' I lied I don't have any friends but him and Jennifer.

"You told me you didn't have much friends please Courtney sit with me we're bestfriends right?" He says sadly. Wait. Bestfriends? This is amazing I'm bestfriends with my crush.

'We are but..' I can't tell him why I really don't want too. Jonathan pierce and Nicole and her gang hurt me.

"I won't let anyone hurt you baby" he says kissing my forehead.

We really are bestfriends.
