Courtney's P.O.V

Guess what tonight is, Prom. You're probably wondering if cooper has asked me to prom. Well the answer is no. He hasn't even mentioned prom once since the day I told him about it. I don't know if he forgot or he just doesn't want to go with me.

"c'mon cooper lets go we're gonna be late for school" I say dragging him out of the house. Coopers mom offered to take junior and grace to school from now on so we don't have to worry about it.

"Why in such a rush school starts in 10 minutes" he smirks. I roll my eyes at him and sigh, "it takes like 20 minutes to get there lets go!!" He laughs and we walk to the car and drive away. We arrive at school and go to our first class. Which today is Math. ugh. I walk in and take a seat by Jordan. "Hey what's up" he says.

"Haha nothing.. hey who's your date to prom again?" I ask.

"Alyssa, has cooper asked you to prom yet?"

"Oh ya huh. and nope I don't think he's going to because prom is tonight" I pout.

He smiles and hugs me, "He'll ask you soon you'll see." I smile and hug him back. What does he mean? Something smells fishy and it's not the people who don't shower or wear deodorant.

it's finally lunch time!! I sit at my table with all my friends and eat some cookies. Cooper magically disappeared after History. Out of nowhere Alyssa jumps on me and hugs me. "OUCH I THINK YOU BROKE MY BACK GEEZ!!!" I say slapping her arm.

She laughs and playfully slaps my arm, "GURL you cray cray anyways tonight's prom and we still don't have our dresses! wanna go after school?" I absolutely LOVE to go shopping for dances. But what's the point if my boyfriend hasn't even asked me to prom.

I look down at the ground and sigh, "I'm not sure I'm even going to prom."

Alyssa's jaw drops to the floor in shock, "WHAT! WHY! YOU LOVE SCHOOL DANCES AND YOURE BF AND YOU ARE GOING TOGETHER!" What? haven't I told her already he hasn't asked or even mentioned prom once since Monday.

"um..aly.. he hasn't even asked me, so what's the point of even going?" I say while sitting down.

"aw it's okay he'll ask you soon I promise" she winks at me. what? why did she wink? like I said something's fishy.. one of my bestfriends ruby sat by me and said, "you okay there court?" I nod my head and smile.

"Why hasn't cooper asked you to prom?" she asks.

"uh I don't know actually I think he just doesn't like me" I try to hold back the tears as much as I can.

she rubs my back and laughs, "well if he's not gonna ask you to prom why don't you ask someone else to go to prom with you." What? Hell to the no he's my BOYFRIEND. but maybe I should.. see if he cares.. I grin, "lets do it"

Ruby's P.O.V

Well you obviously don't know who I am. let me introduce myself. I'm ruby, I'm 5'4 and have blonde shoulder length hair, and brown eyes. Let me tell you this.. I hate Courtney. You wanna know why? well if you do.. it's cause she stole my boyfriend. You're probably thinking 'what boyfriend she's only dated cooper?' Well cooper was my boyfriend. We were dating for at least 2 years. Thanks to me he moved to Camilo High (which is our high school btw). I begged him to come here so I could spend more time with him. Everything was perfect till he noticed 'loner girl' Courtney. He broke up with me before lunch time. Then at lunch I saw him stroking her hair and talking with her. She doesn't know we used to date though.. A couple days later they come to school holding hands. I almost exploded so I made a great plan. I became best friends with her. So I can steal cooper back. And now prom is tonight and my plan is too.. well you'll find out..
