Back Again

I got back and me and Paul weren't talking at all. School started up and I had to have literally every single class with the pack meaning I had all my classes with him by him I mean Paul.

It was lunch and I sat beside Kim like everyday.

"Hey Brooke so guess what Jared was telling me about how he still sleeps with a stuff animal." Kim said laughing her ass off making me laugh too Jared came up with Paul sitting beside Kim.

"Why are you laughing Kim." Jared asked I looked at him and started loosing it me and Kim were laughing so hard we were crying.

"Kim you didn't." Jared said

She nodded still laughing

"That is a false statement I do not." Jared said

"So is it a bunny or a bear?" I asked loosing it again

"Neither." Jared said getting mad.

"Aww come on we're just joking around." Kim said trying to stop laughing

"Yeah it's just a joke I mean I sleep with many of my stuff animals still." I laughed causing Kim to start again

"You two are ridiculous." Jared said

"What did I miss?" Paul asked I glared and grabbed my food throwing it away walking out of the lunch room I really didn't want to talk to him.

"Hey Embry." I said as I saw him in the hallway

"Hey Brooke so you and Paul silk you know?" Embry asked

"Yeah I don't think we're getting back together he screwed up too many times I think I should learn not to go back out with him again you know?" I asked Embry

"Yeah maybe it's the best taking a break see if that's the life you want." Embry said

"You know your advice could make you famous." I giggled

"Really I just say what I think is true it's a gift." Embry joked

We laughed and joked around for a few minutes but then we saw paul standing here watching us laugh.

"Paul." I said as he started to walk away

"What already replace me." He snapped

"No we were just joking around." I said truthfully

"Just joking around that's the first." Paul said

"You know I'm wondering why I even wanted another relationship with you oh wait I was so wrong to think that." I said

"Well have a nice life with Embry." He glared

"Me and Embry are just friends but if your so jealous I can make it so were not just friends or would you be jealous about that too probably Paul I'm surprised you didn't already replace me with another bed partner." I screamed

"How do you know I didn't." Paul said that made me snap and I slapped him tears coming to my eyes he stood there looking at me thinking about what he just said.

"You can suck my fucking dick Lahote fuck off asshole." I screamed walking away fastly just walking out of the school Embry was close behind to comfort me.

"Hey he really didn't mean what he said it was all in the moment." Embry said

"No Embry you don't know he did and it wasn't just that he said it it was the fact that he said it so fast and knowingly I bet he already replaced me and is sleeping with complete whores every night." I said

"It's going to be okay don't worry and I doubt anyone can do that to you." Embry said

"What why couldn't they." I asked laughing a bit of course fucking furious and sad.

"Because Brooke your beautiful and anybody wanting to make you cry is a complete dick." Embry said

"Really?" I asked him

"Yeah any guy would be lucky to be with you, you shouldn't lower yourself to Paul you should be with someone more gentle and caring who won't hurt you." Embry said

"Like who?" I asked

He stepped close to me looking me in the eyes.

"Me." Embry said we both leaned forward and when our lips touched I had this weird feeling like it wasn't right but I was so mad at Paul that I kissed back.

How couldn't I see it Embry was caring and loving and I was to blind to see that he liked me Paul treated me poorly but what if Paul finds out about me and Embry how will he react.

Oh shit what have I just gotten myself into I thought as me and Embry kissed in the school parking lot.
