Chapter 3

Im back guys just want a big shoutout to my first readers who have left comments to allow me to continue writing. So here's chapter 3 enjoy.

3rd person POV

In the last remaining weeks of summer vacation Cettyana's love of books overcame her as she read day in day out to finish reading all her new books ready for the start of term. Her favourite book so far was the potions book mainly because it reminded her of chemistry back at primary which was her favourite subject. Still, despite the constant books she read and the long elegant box on her bedside table containing her wand she was still in doubt that the past 3 weeks weren't all a dream. But no here she was in her bedroom with a giant Hogwarts trunk in front of her full to the brink with her uniform, books, wand normal clothes and more books. It was a glorious day on the 31st of August the sun was out and shining bright and there was not a cloud in sight. Cettyana was in the back garden with her sunglasses on and a drink in her hand. Her mum was doing her gardening and her dad was painting the shed at the back of the garden. Tension between her parents and herself had increased rapidly ever since the vampire bat told her that she was a witch, conversations between them were short and awkward which made Cettyana wonder what was going on as well as what the old Ollivander said the day she received her wand.

It was dinner time at the Kingsley household and the family was seated down for their evening meal." So Cetty are you excited for school tomorrow" her mum asked "Very excited but nervous at the same time I'm worried i wont fit in after all you two aren't magical and i just don't want to be at a disadvantage, i mean what if i don't make any friends or i get bullied." "There's no need to be afraid or nervous Cetty you are a wonderful and clever girl who people fall in love with the minute they meet you, so what if you stand out make them want to be like you, stand out in a good way and if someone is mean to you its because they're jealous of you." Cetty's father reassured her, and with that normal conversations began to form and the tension between the family had disintegrated into nothing .Cetty was more relaxed and as she got ready for bed her excitement began to kick in her fathers reassuring words really did allow her to see the good in every situation. After brushing her teeth Cetty descended the stairs to say her last goodnights for awhile to her parents. Hugging her parents tightly they told her to have fun and to not worry about themselves whilst Cetty silently cried in their arms.

The morning sunshine ascended into the sky the Kingsley household was already wide awake since Cetty given circumstances couldn't actually get to sleep. She was currently in shower singing her heart out to 'waiting for love' including specific episodes of shouts and screams of joy and excitement. Meanwhile in the kitchen her parents were cooking breakfast in silence but meaningful glances were passed between the duo.At last Mr Kingsley decided to speak out his fears and concerns." I don't think we should let her go to that school" " Honey she has to lead her own life she loves us she wont leave us i can guarantee it so stop worrying" his wife tried and failed to reassure him. "Diana she will find out if she goes, we risked everything to get her and im not going to loose her after all these years shes our daughter and we should choose whether she goes or not and in this case i say not!" Richard said as his voice rose to show his power of the house. He loved his daughter but at the same time feared for who she would become whilst she was a student at Hogwarts.

The shower turned of and they could her Cetty get out and get ready her parents stopped their conversation and served breakfast not wanting to increase tension between the family or confuse their daughter any more. Around 5 minutes later Cetty came pounding down the stairs and into the kitchen." Morning mother father lovely day isn't it?" Called Cetty as she waffled down her breakfast." Yes sweetheart it is. Now do you have everything packed and dont forget your wand or books" her mother said with a small smile. "I've checked and double checked i have everything but the kitchen sink" called Cetty with a slight giggle. Just then the door bell rung and Cettyana sprung to her feet and pegged it to the door sharply opening she once again layed eyes on the vampire bat himself, the summer hadn't changed him one bit his eyes were still as black and emotionless as before and his hair was still as black and greasy as ever."Miss Kingsley your train leaves in half an hour so i suggest you get your things and say goodbye after all you don't want to be late do you now?" "No sir of course sir" Cetty replied. She quickly ran upstairs and collected her trunk and of course Raya her owl and ran back downstairs. "Bye mum bye dad seeya in a few weeks" "Erm bye sweetheart have lots of fun but not too much remember your there to learn" her parents scolded and with that the front door was shut and they had apperated to Kings cross station...

Cettyana's POV

Kings cross station was as busy as ever people swarmed the platforms in a hustle and bustle to get the train they were they're for. I guess that was normal after all the summer was over and people had jobs to go to. I followed snape to whatever station the train was at i could tell that he didnt exactly like being in overly crowded places like this, he would sneer at passing people and sometimes muttered insults under his breath such as "filthy muggles" and so on so. It was actually quite amusing watching it all play out just imagine Snape getting elbowed with backpacks and bags, feet trodden on with suitcases and people walking straight into him. Yep funny indeed. But i got one to many of his famous scowls during this time to if I accidentally let a giggle escape my lips.All of a sudden we stopped in front of a brick pillar between platforms 9 and 10 well the trains positioned on either side did not contain witches or wizards its almost as if the vampire bat was lost. "This is where i leave you, walk into the pillar and you would be transported to the platform for the Hogwarts express" Snape said and with that POOF he was gone and i was left in the middle of kings cross station on my own.

What do i do i mean seriously walk between the pillars, do i want concussion no, do i want to have brain damage no, do i want to knock myself out no. The why dod he tell me to walk into a wall i mean every sane person knows not to walk into a wall. Its absurd! I have 5 minutes until the train leaves im doomed. Getting angrier by the minute i grabbed my luggage and decided to go ahead and knock myself out. Gaining every bit of courage i still had i ran towards the brick wall...

Head,shoulders,knees,toes im all here woop woop woop im alive its party time. "Oy new girl get a move on the train leaves in 4 minutes" shouted some random idiot getting my act together i picked up my trunk and owl fixed my outfit after that mini dance and strolled towards the giant red train on my left. It held a giant sign saying Hogwarts express it was a old style train and carriages and the platform was full of tearful parents i gave my luggage to the man and climbed aboard the train...

3rd person PoV

Two of those parents on that platform were the Malfoy's waving goodbye to their only son. They kept up their reputation of the top pedigree family in the wizardry world. Mr Malfoy was as usual expressionless and held an aura of power around him he wanted his son to keep up the family reputation and learn lots of new things, become friends with purebloods and cruel to mudblood but most importantly he must be in slytherin yes slytherin. On the other hand Mrs Malfoy was more maternal she just wanted what was best for her son after all thats what every mother wants for their children even the top family. Her thoughts drifted to her daughter who died 8 years ago she was a beautiful girl and showed magic from a very early age but it wasnt meant to be which meant that her son became her world and she would protect him with her life.
