*Abby's POV*

"Yes Dean, I'll be fine. It's only a couple demons. I got it. Alright, I'll call you when I'm done. Bye." I say and hang up the phone. I was going on a hunt by myself for the first time. Dean of course was scared that I would get hurt. But I talked him out of going with me.

I sigh and get into my car, the demons were not far from my place. As I enter the place, there was an eerie. All of a sudden, a demon came out of nowhere and pushed me to the ground. My knife flew out of my hand. Well shit. The demon smirked and advanced on me. The only thing I had left was my holy water. It was in a flask in my boot.

I took it out and flung the water on the demon. It hissed and screamed. Once it stopped burning, it ran at me and pushed me against a wall. Hands wrapped around my neck as my breath became shallower and shallower. All of a sudden, a blinding blue white light appeared behind the demon. I fell to the ground gasping for air.

I looked up and saw the demon being killed by this mysterious creature. It fell lifelessly to the ground and my hear dropped. What kind of thing could do this? "Don't be afraid darling, I won't hurt you." A voice said. The man came forward and I curled up more and whimpered. "Please stay away." I whisper.

The man kneeled in front of me and said "My name is Balthazar and I'm your guardian angel. I just saved your life, I would appreciate some gratitude." My eyes met his and I whispered "Thank you." My heart rate started to go back to normal as I processed all of this.

"Come on, let's get your back home, Abby." Balthazar said and helped me up. As we walked home I thought about my car, I had left it at the demon place. "It's already back at your house don't worry." He said allowed. I looked at him quizzically and he shrugged "I can read minds." I scoffed and he laughed.

When we got back to my place I invited him inside. "Back yourself at home." I said as I went to the kitchen. He sat down in the living room. This gave me a good chance to look at him. He was quite handsome with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. Actually he was hot. Really hot.

I sat down next to him and turned on the tv. There was an awkward silence as we both sat there. I look over at him and study his face. I must've been staring too long since he looked over at me and I blushed. He laughed and said "This may be too forward of me but I think you are the most beautiful girl in the universe."

My eyes widen as he said this. "Well um thanks. That's the nicest thing someone ever said to me." I say. We look at each other and slowly lean in. This was happening, I was about to kiss him. Our lips met and we kissed softly. Sparks seemed to fly as our lips moved in sync. I pulled away and said "I never thought I would do that as soon as I met someone." Balthazar laughed and took my hand. "I love you Abby. I've been watching over you ever since you were little, I'm glad we can finally share this moment." He whispered. I lean in and rest my forehead on his "I love you too Balthazar." I whisper back.
