*Maria's POV*

Finally it was Christmas time! I have been looking forward to this since last Christmas. My family is having a dinner and Sam and Dean are invited. They are close family friends and my parents thought it would be nice to invite them. Sure I love Sam and Dean but I have some feelings for the youngest Winchester. He doesn't know of course but it would be nice to know if he sees the hints I give him towards it.

Anyways I was getting ready for the get together when the door bell rang. My dad said "I'll get it, its probably Sam and Dean." As I was walking down stairs I saw Sam and Dean come in. They looked nice, Dean wore jeans and a black button up shirt. Sam wore a blue and green plaid shirt and jeans. Sam looked very hot but I would never tell him that of course. After they came in I hugged Sam and Dean while dinner was being set on the table.

We all sat around the table and began to eat. We had ham, mashed potatoes, corn, and a lot more. For dessert of course we had pie especially for Dean. He loved it, well he loves any pie. When we all finished we went to the living room to talk and sing Christmas carols. Everyone was having a good time but I had my eye on Sam. He looked to be having a good time but then again he is good at masking his emotions.

I went to the kitchen to get some water when Sam called after me. I was standing in the doorway when I said "Yes Sam what do you need?" Before he answered he pointed up. I followed his finger to see what he was pointing at. Oh god. We were standing under the mistletoe. I looked at Sam and said 'Well this is awkward...." He smiled and pulled me closer to him and kissed me passionately. I couldn't believe it Sam Winchester was kissing me!!! When we pulled apart I was so overwhelmed by the emotions that I ran to my room.

Once I got there I threw myself down on the bed and pondered on what just happened. As I was doing this I heard a knock on the door. I sat up and saw Sam coming through the door. I looked down as he sat on the bed with me. He said "Maria I have something to tell you." I reply "What is it Sam is it about what happened out there." He shook his head and said "Maria I have loved you ever since I first met you.'' He looked down at the ground after he said that. I pull myself closer to him and lift his head. Then kiss him softly on the lips. He gladly accepted it, when we had to breath we pulled apart. I said "I love you too Sam Winchester.''
