* Emily's POV *

I was sitting at one of the tables at the bunker reading To Kill A Mockingbird. Sam and Dean were on a hunt that was "too dangerous" for me. Whatever I was also too tired to go anyways. While I was reading I heard the sound of fluttering wings, knowing exactly who it was I said "Hello Cas."

Cas and I have been dating for about 2 years. He still hasn't grasped the concept of dating but he has the basic idea of it. He replied "Hello Emily, I was wondering if you want to go out tonight?" I close my book and look at him. I love him a peck on the cheek "Sure Cas where do you want to go?" I say while grabbing my jacket. Wordlessly he grabbed my hand and zapped us somewhere.

When I looked at out surroundings we were in a forest that had a little creek. In front of us was a little picnic set out with candles. Smiling I looked up at Cas and hugged him. He returned the hug and I said "Thank you Cas this looks amazing!" He then dragged me to the spread of food. While I was eating Cas kept looking nervous about something. I asked him what was wrong but he kept saying nothing. I just shrugged and thought that it was something to do with Heaven.

When we were done I went over to the creek and put my feet in. Cas joined me a little while later but he only sat there with his legs criss crossed. I leaned my head on Cas's shoulder and he put his arm around me. After a little while Cas got up and I looked up him and said "What's wrong Cas?" He looks around for a moment and pulls me up. When I regained my balance he got down on one knee and said "Emily I have loved you ever since I first saw you. I know that this is a lot to take in right now but I would like to know Emily if you would marry me?"

I was astonished as Cas gave his little speech. I had tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat. I couldn't reply so I shook my head yes. He got up and put the ring on my finger. It was beautiful, I pulled him into a huge hug and he said "I love you Emily." "I love you too Cas" I choked out. During our hug he zapped me to my room and lied me down in my bed. He crawls in after me and I rest my head in his chest. "Cas did you plan this yourself?" I asked. "I had Sam and Dean help me with the location." Smiling I thought I have to thank Sam and Dean later. I fell asleep to Cas humming softly to me.
