* Melodi's POV *

Sam, Dean, and I are getting ready for a hunt. We are hunting a nest of vampires. I have been hunting with Sam and Dean for a little over a year now and it has been hectic. But it has been fun. I started to have a little crush on Dean, I thought it would just go away but it grew even bigger. I have learned to deal with it because I knew he would never feel the same way about me. Anyways we were getting ready for a hunt when Cas decided to pop in and scare the crap out of me.

I said " Darn it Cas don't scare me like that!" He said " My apologies Melodi."
I just walked away then Dean said " Ok guys are you ready to go?" Sam and I nod then Dean, Sam, Cas, and I get into the car. It is a silent car ride to the destination. Cas said that the vampires are in a factory outside of the town we were in.

Once we got there we got out of the car and Dean said " Ok guys be careful and don't get killed." I smile at the last part. We grab our guns and knives and head inside. The place it really creepy, there is blood all over the place and dead bodies. Sam and Cas stay on the first floor while Dean and I go to the second. Of course being the lucky person I was all the vampires were up here.

Dean and I hide behind the doorway a little so they don't see us. There is about 10 vampires on the floor. We move up but being the clumsy person I was I tripped over nothing and stumbled forward. They saw us and came running. Dean started chopping of their heads and I was shooting them with dead mans blood. Sam and Cas came up and were helping. I thought that there were no more vamps but I thought wrong.

One came up behind me and threw me against the wall. I saw black spots in my vision but blinked them away. But as soon as I got up it threw me against the wall again and started to punch me. It hit me head against the wall a lot of times. I started seeing double then it dropped me to the ground and I fell. Dean had pulled the vamp off of me and killed it. I was just about to black out when I heard Deans voice saying stay with me but I couldn't.

I woke up with my entire body aching. I was in the motel room with Sam and Dean. Cas must have left already. Sam was sleeping on the bed next to me and Dean was sitting in the chair next to my bed asleep. I moved a little to let him know I was a wake. He sat up and said " Melodi I though you were dead." I smile and said " You can't get ride of me that easily Dean." He smiled and says " Melodi I have been meaning to say this for a while but I couldn't just say it." A lot of things were running through my head. What was he going to say? He took a deep breathed and said " I love you Melodi from the moment I first say you." I stared at him wide eyes and thought did he really just say that? I smile and say " I love you too Dean." His smiled widens as he leans in and kisses me. We stayed like this for a little while before I had to break the kiss to breath. I lean my head against his chest and fall asleep.
