It was quiet in the room. I stared at the ceiling, a burning feeling in my stomach, a throbbing headache and a massive stab through my heart. Why couldn't I just hear him through? Why? I need him... He could be in trouble... Just... I...
My thoughts were interrupted by more tears. They fell hopelessly as I let them.
"Dammit... I love you so much..." They fell more.

~Kirito's POV~
When I woke up, Asuna wasn't in the room. Actually, I was sleeping on a couch in the lobby of... Aincrad Apartments? How'd I get here? Steely eyes widening, I sprung from my spot and ran up the stairs. The elevator wasn't even fast enough.
I tripped about six times as I reached (Y/N)'s door. I slammed my fist on it, not being able to wait for it to open. Opening it, turning the gentle silver knob, I was greeted with faint cries from (Y/N). I practically tackled her in a hug as I held her tightly. Regardless of her struggling.
"(Y/N)! I'm so sorry! I'm so so sorry! Don't leave me! Please! I-I'm... I'm miserable without you!" I cried. Kissing her, she kissed back as we shared a cry.
Standing her up against the wall, I fell to one knee as I pulled out a small silver ring with sparkling diamonds. I bought it for her when she wasn't around. I wanted to make her happy. I have for a while now. To the point where I can't even imagine reality without her. The last day tore my life apart. I don't want that to happen. I want to die in a grave next to her's.
"(Y/N) (L/N), will you marry me?"
