It's been 7 years since she left. No news about her, no one knows about her whereabouts. And when we finally have a solid clue about her, she just vanishes. Right now, I just wish she stays where she is right now. If I can see her now, I can die in peace.

When she left, her dad had a heart attack. Nobody could contact her, and the news spread like wild fire. To make it up to her and her father, I watched over him. I offered myself as a friend to him, because I know Taeyeon needs to find herself, and because I know that her dad wants her to succeed.

Everyday, Kim Young-min would talk about how amazing Taeyeon is whenever she sings, and that he wanted her to be a singer, but his pride was in the way. She was not his daughter, and he needed to be strict with her because she's bearing his name. And he knows Taeyeon thinks he blames her for her brother's death, but it wasn't true. He didn't want Taeyeon to think it was his fault, so he didn't try to reach out to her.

I'm on my way to meet Athena, a popular street singer in London, and also a potential business client. I've done my research about her. She doesn't like showing her face to the public, that's why she hides under a mask. But when she's on a business meeting, she shows her face just to prove to her clients that they can trust her.

I entered a restaurant where I'll meet Athena. I asked for the waiter to bring me the best wine. I am a bit excited, though. I'm gonna make sure I'll close this deal. So when Taeyeon comes back, I have something that could make her proud. I'm gonna do whatever it takes for her to love me again. Because after all these years, I am still in love with her.

But if she's already in love with someone else, then who am I to ruin her happiness? I'm gonna stop pursuing her. Then again, if that happens, then all of this is in vain. After this deal, I'm gonna go and look for Taeyeon. I hope she stopped running away. It's been a year since she was spotted here.

"Mr. Kim?" I entered his room, and saw him lying on the floor with his medicine scattered on the floor. Why did I leave him alone!?

I quickly called for help, but it was too late. He was declared dead on arrival. I should've done everything I could to keep him alive! What will I tell Taeyeon when she gets back? Or if she finds out? I won't be there to comfort her. Nobody would be there to hug her when she cries. But more importantly, I lost another friend. Mr. Kim was more than just Taeyeon's father. I am saddened that I wasn't able to take care of my friend.

I bought flowers for Mr. Kim's grave, but I was surprised to see Taeyeon in front of it. She was crying. I walked towards her, but I stopped half way when she stood up to leave. She didn't even notice me. I was frozen for a minute, I finally ran, looking for her. But she's already gone. I let her slip away once again.

"Mr. Byun Baekhyun?" A woman called, and I looked at her. "I am Ms. Athena's assistant. She said she'll be late. Would it be okay, Mr. Byun?"
