The Plane ride was a long one I was sitting in the backseat witho a book out reading away. when one of the lady's that work there ask me if I wanted anything to eat
"No thanks but can I have some Water Please?"i ask her She was a pretty red Head with brown eyes and Around face she looked like she was around her Late 20s.
"Oh yea right away"she said and pasted me the water and And continuing on her way not looking back once.
I hated flying I'm always thinking what if I fall ?what if the plane breakdown what if something goes wrong?i always had nasty feelings in my gus when i was on a plane. It been tow hours Since I left Canada BC and i already miss it . What is Jp doing right now, is he missing me like how I'm already missing him how about Laura and mom I wonder what is mom doing right now, now that she was all alone in the house.uh I'm going to miss her I said to my self I grow up with my mother she was always there for me when I needed her and even sometimes when I didn't .
"I miss you already" I Mumble to myself close To Tears. I'm not going to break down and cry especially not on the plane I'm going to be Strong but I couldn't help a tear roll down my Cheek I wiped it away as fast as it got there like it never was there in the first place I pull my self together when the guy that i was Sitting next to me woke up I Quickly pull my book up to hide my face And looked out the window . I was So tired , so tired og thinking about eveything So i lean my head against the window and fell fast asleep.
I Woke up with the same redhead lady slightly poking me on my side
"Ma'am we are here" She said with a big fake smile across her face. I rubbed my eyes To see better
"thanks i said politely she give me one of her fake smiles again she walked away leaving me alone looking around I could tell I was one of the few people still on the plane I pull myself up and grab my book Shoving it in my purse And basically running out of the plane I walked out and show the lady At the Counteri showed her my ticket and she Point me to where my bags were with a smile on her face.
"Thanks I said before walking away to where she was just pointing at. I grab my bags and waited for my dad to pick me up I check the time it was 8pm at night omg where is my dad I asked my self mom said that dad will be waiting for me not long after I heard a familiar voice yell my name
"KIM,KIM,KIM ! I turned around to where I hear the voice coming from And soon enough I see my dad pushing himself through the crowd the Grip on my bag got tighter I mean it's not that I wasn't happy to see him I swear I was it's just that knowing now that my dad wasn't just a human I thought he was but a vampire my dad was a vampire A Freaking vampire a bloodthirsty vampire, oh no Does that make me a bloodthirsty vampire too? I said my self Mentally before any other thoughts can run through my mind my dad reach me Throwing his arms around me
" oh Kim I missed you so much he said So happily Hearing the sound of his voice just made me feel so bad that I was thinking so negative about my Dad And every bad thought I had about him just washed away from my mind he was still my dad and I love him
" dad I miss you too I said hugging him back He pulled away moments later he take his time scanning me with his eyes.
"Gosh Kim you look Exactly like your mother when she was you age" he said looking me up and down
"oh how is she anyway he continue with the questions. My dad was a a tall man with black hair green eyes and somewhat a build body He was in his 40s but he didnt look a day old then 30.
"She'fine" I said not meeting his eyes
"Kim we need to talk but not here he said looking around like someone or something was watching him He led me out the doors and into a black car helping me with my bags he help me push every one of my bags in the trunk of the car And walk to the drivers side and slide in watching me He waved me to follow him to the passenger side which I did Sliding in and putting on my seatbelt .my Dad was a rough driver so seatbelts are really important when you're getting a ride from him He looked my way and smile
"good girl " he said With Little amusement in his green eyes
" I know how you drive I said before he started The engine with a loud Rough Cummings sound for the engine and driving fast alone the Road not caring about the others cars. The whole ride was silent but not a awkward silence but one of comfortable one I was looking out the window when my dad said something I didn't Catch.
"What" I ask Curiously
"nothing " he said really fast his eyes fix on the road
" so how are you and Jp " he said a little worried in his voice
"oh we are good I said not really caring what him and mom thought about Jp I mean really they don't know Jp like I do .
"Mmh that's good" he said still not looking away from the road
"Kim I think it's time you know what you are he said now taking his eyes from the road and looking at me
" dad don't mom already told me I said looking out the window again
"what!" He Sounded surprised " I told that woman not to say anything He said with amusement clearly his voice "i guess shes still feisty ey " the amusement not leaving his eyes " anyway what did she tell you" he said His face turning serious once again
" mmmh that I was a vampire or half whatever it doesn't matter" I said not really caring anymore
"See that's where you're wrong Kim it does matter" and I'm sorry I never told you until now" he He finished with a little smile on his face
"look dad as much i would love to talk about this but I'm really hunger I said trying to Change the subject . He drop it right away not bring it up again We reached a big gray brown house in less than an hour im still amuse every time I came here for summer vacations I always wonder where did dad get the money to buy this house? My house At home was big But not nearly as big as this house . Will I guess this is my new home now I sight. he pull over at the drive way and parked.
"home sweet home" he said pushing the car door open but before he step out he looked by way
"Kim we are here he said with a small smile on his face, my dad looked really happy to have me here the look in his eyes they says it all
