Cole switched places with Kai and sat down in a different chair. Kai thought for a moment before creating his own story in the firey, deviuos, impetuous mind of his.
" Alright, this is a special story my Father told Nya and I when we were younger...." He said, rubbing his hands together.
" What, is it about the ghost of the horrible blacksmith?" Jay said, causing everyone, but Kai and myself, burst into laughter.
" No, it's not, zap-trap." He said, rolling his eyes. He leaned foward and began his tale:
Once opon a time, in these very woods, an old lady lived alone in a cabin. She was visited by a young boy who gave her food. He took the same path every day. Over a stream, past a graveyard, and to the house. One day, he forgot to go. The old lady was wondering where he was. So she went out to look for him. Then she saw a cat at the graveyard. It was small, skinny, and pitch black. She took it home. The next day, the boy came. But when he got to the house, the old lady was nowhere to be found. Only a single black cat. A few years later, the boy, now a man, found a black cat at the grave yard. Feeling sorry for it, he took it home to his family. The next day, they were gone. They still say that a cat still romes that graveyard, looking for a home.......
" You actually remember the whole tale?" Nya asked.
" Bits and pieces....." Kai said, shrugging and returning to his chair.
" In all honesty, it wasn't that scary." I said, shrugging. Both Kai and Nya looked at me, amazed.
" That tale scared the living day lights out of me as a kid." Nya said, hand over her heart.
" But it wasn't that scary." I told them. Kai rolled his eyes, and Nya sat back in her chair.
" It was ok.....Whatever happened to the people?" Lloyd asked, not as scared as before. Kai rolled his eyes before replying.
" If I told you, you wouldn't sleep for weeks." He said sharply. Lloyd sunk back into his chair.
" My turn!" Jay exclaimed, hopping out of his chair.
