My perspective*
I sat at the waiting room. The nurse just gave me a cat scan, and my leg was broken in two different places. I swing my good leg back and forth, waiting for the doctor to walk into the room. A few minutes later, the door mob opened. The doctor walked into the small room with a few different color rolls of fabric. She sat in the chair next to me.
"You had quite a day so far," she said, "Do you want to tell me what happened?"
I shook my head. It wasn't like me for some one else to beat me up. She just nodded.
"What color cast would you like?" she asked me.
I looked at the many colors of fabric (I have no idea what they are actually called). My eyes caught the purple tie die. I pointed to it. She nodded again and started wrapping my leg.
*tinny time skip*
"Some one would like to see you," the nurse said poking her head into the door.
I grabbed my crutches and wobbled my way out into the hospital lobby. There was Alesa, sitting in the chair, and Adam, pacing back and forth, waiting for something to happen.
Alesa saw me, and quickly stood up. She and Adam ran over to me and hugged me so tight, I almost passed out.
"What... Happened?" Adam said in enragement.
"Come on," Alesa said, "Let's get to the car."
"We can't just leave the subject," Adam argued.
"Look at Maddy," Alesa said. She and Adam looked at me as f I was a zoo animal. "She is exhausted!"
Adam softened his gaze. "You're right," he said. "Come on, let's go home."
I stood firmly up, and started (how would you say this?) "walking" to the car and got in.
*yawn car rides*
I got out of the car and started to head for the doors of the house. Adam opened the door for me.
"Thanks," I said.
I looked at the time. It was three thirty. Nick was sitting on the couch as baby Mason rolled around on the blanket. Nick looked extremely tired.
"There's no point in taking you back to school," Adam said. "Do you want to do a recording?"
Nick stood up wobbling. I was astonished.
"Sure," I said, it would be a great pleasure.
I ran up to my room and logged onto Minecraft, and Skype called Adam. What happened in the past doesn't matter now, but what in the future does.
