Chapter twenty-two

I nervously flicked my finer at the bean boozle spinner. My eyes rolled around to see the spinner land on the black jellybean.
"No," I groaned. "Not this one!"
Adam snickered. "Lickerish or skunk spray, what's it going to be?"
I picked up a black jellybean from the assorted colored jellybeans. I held it up to my nose and took a sniff.
"Nope!" I said. "Definitely not Lickerish!"
I quickly shoved the jellybean deep into the colorful mix.
"You touch, you eat starting now." Jin said.
"Fine." I said.
I reached back into the mix and picked one up. I examined it and slowly took a small bite.
"Thank god!" I shouted. "It's Lickerish."
I leaned back onto the couch as Ross spun the spinner.
*time skip bc it takes so long to write dialogue, stupid new keyboard*
I rubbed my face after Alesa shook off the covered of my bed.
"Ready for school?" Alesa asked.
I groaned. "But it's Friday, why today?"
"Because you need to learn. You're really far behind because you missed so much school." Alesa argued.
"Learning is for the weak." I said.
"Well then miss crippled, get up, and let's eat breakfast." Alesa walked out of my bedroom and down stairs.
"Well it's a good thing I'm getting my cast off today," I muttered to myself.
*time skip to after breakfast*
"Bye!" I said to everyone.
Then waved back as I shut the door behind me. The rain battered my face, so I kept my hood close to me as I crossed the street. I looked at the other side of the road. A man in a coffee brown leather jacket and blue jeans looked at me, and for some strange reason, it felt like I knew him. I felt a tingle in my cheek again. At the corner of my eye, I saw my cheek, sparking the blue Capricorn symbol. I slapped my hand over it so no one could notice. A bus rolled in between us, blocking my view of him. I craned my neck to see over the bus. Once out finally rolled by, he was gone. I felt the tingling sensation in my cheek stop, and the Capricorn sign vanish.m
"Can he help me?" I asked myself myself as I arrived at the bus stop. "Or is it one of the hunters?"

Hello my shiners, Heros_daughter here, and j want to thank you all for reading this chapter. I know i havent been updating like, anything at all in, forever. Im sorry. My grandma is from out of town and ahe came to visit for two weeks. Yup, two weeks of eating out. And now  sick of it. But she's leaving tomorrow, and j wish her safe travels.
And i noticed I've been updating more late in the day, or the night for me. Its been hard multitasking for a while, but everything will go back to normal soon.
