"Hi!" Harry smiled at the newest girl to sit in the interview chair as Louis pulled her résumé from a Manila folder.

"Hiya," She waved and sat down in front of the long table One Direction and a couple of our management team was at.

"So, Jacelyn," Niall said, glancing over her résumé, "why do you want to dance for One Direction?"

"Honestly? I just wanna dance. I love to dance everywhere and so touring is perfect for me. I feel like I would be able to learn something new from all around the world and that I could really accent your performances," she paused and a mischievous smile snaked across her pale skin. "And I'm a lot of fun."

"It says that you toured with the Jonas Brothers. When was that?" Zayn smiled with a slight laugh at the facial expressions she made at the mention of them.

"Oh gosh," She covered her face with her hands for a moment and sighed. "That was a long time ago. I think I only did from 2007 to 2008. It didn't end very well."

I frowned and Zayn asked, "How so?"

"Let's just say I'm irresistible," she fluttered her eyes and made the most unattractive face I've ever seen, yet somehow she managed to pull it off. "And one, I'm not naming names cough nick cough, wanted a relationship aaaand...i didn't." Niall started to asked another question about it but she cut him off. "If it's not necessary I'd rather not talk about it. I'm not into relationships and I lost a friend that day so.."

We nodded, respecting the way she phrased 'shut up'.

"How old are you Jacelyn?" I asked.

"I turn twenty five in two weeks."

"How long have you been dancing?" Harry spoke from the other end of the table and her head snapped back and forth to make eye contact with everyone talking to her.

"Oh let's see..." She pursed her lips as she did a mental tally. "Twenty years."

"Wow," everyone muttered as we scribbled down various notes about her in a scoring sheet.

"I know I'm an oldie," she giggled.

"What styles of dance do you specialize in?"

Her head snapped back towards me as Caleb, a man from our management who was sitting next to me, spoke.

"Everything. I'm on pointe in ballet and have taken that since I was seven. Ballet, not pointe. I didn't get on pointe till I was thirteen. I've done contemporary and lyrical for a long time as well. Jazz I've taken the longest. It was my very first class. Boogie babies over at Tappin' Toes Dance Academy. Then I started tap but...I don't like tap very much. I can do it, but it's not my favorite. Hip hop was the last style of dance I tried. I started that at fifteen but have continued it ever since."

"What studios have you gone too?" Asked Zayn, hardly looking up as he scribbled more notes down.
