Seven Frosted Days

Where it all Began?

It's been 2 days since I broke up with Merida, and I can't say she took it well. She tried to hide it like she hadn't been hurt, but it was obvious that she looked like she was eternally wounded. Although she was left hurt I was always left guilty, and the last remarks I would always get forever stung my heart. Remarks like "I never loved you!" and "I only dated you to brag to my friends!", but also heart felt remarks like Merida's " I loved you, and I thought we had somethin special!!!!", and of course followed by a slap on the face, because thats Merida for you.

In the morning I was heading towards my locker when a whole group of fangirls flocked in front of me! Each girl planning to give their hearts and confess to me. I obviously wouldn't except any groups confessions so I tried to calm the girls down. All the girls knew the rules for dating me. They first have to get me alone to confess.

"Girls, girls there are not enough of me to go around!" I plead.

This only made the crowd go wild. Falling back, I was starting to be pushed against the wall, and if I didn't escape now I would be cornered. I spotted an opening between 2 girls who dropped their love letter in all the commotion, and slipped through the lucky chance.

I sprint across the hallway with the mob following my every step, and slip into my next class without my books. With the teachers help I was able to sneak out class to class. I spent lunch on the small roof top that our school has and was avoiding every girl in the school.

At the end of the day is usually when the mob cools down and I happily accept one confession and hope and yearn that this time I will fall in love. I move towards the back of the school when I hear foot steps running my way.

"Hey!" A girl calls out.

With out thinking I start running like I've been caught doing something bad. I thought the mob had started up again, because then I heard a bunch of squeals in the back. The girl had given away my position. The girl who called out "hey" was still behind me, and by the tone her voice I don't think she's a fan.

After a while a soft but strong grip pulls me back to a stop. I spin around and a girl with determined green eyes greet me. Recognition and confusion fill my face. This girl was Rapunzel, but what does she want with me?

When we turned towards the door to the art classroom, I grab her hand,opened the door, pulled her in behind me, and slam the door shut.

For a few seconds I don't know how I got into this situation. Here I am with Jack Frost locked in the Art Room. It all happened so fast. Then after a few seconds of awkwardness he decides to break the silence.

"Do have any business with me or were you just trying to waste my time?" He says accusingly.

"Of....of course I do!" I say trying to act confident.

"Then please enlighten me, Blondie." He says like something amusing just happened.

"I'm here on behalf of my friend, Merida!" I call out.

When I said that, his smirk disappeared with out a trace. Like I just came up and slapped him with no reason.

"O..Oh." He he said.

This was not fair!! He was making me feel like I'm the bad guy!! When he is the guilty one!!!

"Why did you break her heart!!" I exclaimed accusingly.

"What, would it have been better to fake date her without loving her, for the rest of my life!!!" He said defensively.

Now that caught me off guard. I didn't think he had any reason for breaking up with Merida, but what he said made me understand a little of his side.

"S...so you broke up with her, because you didn't want to hurt her feelings more later on?" I asked.

"Yeah." He sighed like everything was suddenly too much and he was too tired to deal with them all.

"But then why did you date her in first place!!!" I say regaining my ground, not wanting to fall in his traps.

"Look" he said "I have my reasons."

"I just want to fall in love." He mumbled softly, slightly embarrassed.

"Oh, suurre." I said sarcastically nodding my head like I agree.

"Then, why don't you date me." I said jokingly.
