Skylar's POV! (photo of above, all gems suppose to be red)
I wake up with a start, just a nightmare, just a nightmare. I try to fall back asleep, but can't. I look over to the clock on the table and see that it is only four thirty in the morning. I heave a sigh and throw the covers off of me carefully, not wanting to wake Lily up. I look over to the couch bed and see that Riley and Del are still sleeping peacefully. Riley, Del, and Lily are all sleeping in my room, while the boys are sleeping in Ryan's for Christmas break. I step over all of the bags and close that have been thrown on the floor randomly. I head out of the door and tip toe up towards Ryan's room.
"Sky, what are you doing up!" I turn around to see Ryan sitting on the stairs.
"I couldn't fall back asleep so I wanted to go up to see you." He nods his head before standing up.
"You want to crash on the downstairs couch with me?" I nod my head and walk over him. I'm almost next to him before I walk straight into the wall and fall down on my butt. Ryan chuckles under his breath before bending down and picking me up. I instantly curl into him. My fist, once again, grabbing his shirt and holding onto it. I'm pretty much out like a light at the bottom of the stairs. He sets me down on the couch, and starts to let go but I don't release my hold on his shirt. He chuckles at me again, before laying down next to me and throwing a blanket over us. I curl closer to him if that is even possible and fall asleep. This time with no dreams.
*2 hours later*
"I found them guys!" Somebody whispers right next to me. I groan and curl closer to Ryan. The person just chuckles at me. Am I a funny person or what? Footsteps come into the room and a click goes off some where. "Ryan!" The same person whispers again.
"Oh, hey guys!" Ryan whispers back. He starts to sit up, before he notices me. "Sky, time to get up!" I just groan in response. The others laugh at me, making me groan again. "You don't want a repeat of last time, do you?" That makes me immediately shoot up. I regret it as the dizziness hits and let loose a string of curse words under my breath. Ryan raises and eyebrow at me, since he heard. I start to lie down again, but Ryan puts his arm out and blocks me from doing so. Me, thinking that this was a bed, rolls over and off of the couch. Getting a mouthful of carpet. I moan into the carpet before I find that it is really comfortable and start to fall back asleep. Of course, that can't happen once you get drenched in a bucket of ice water... which I just did... curtsy to Lily Emma Mayberry. I roll over, stand up and then tackle her to the ground. Us being us, don't do it as gracefully, making both of us face plant into the carpet. Me, yet again, getting a mouthful of carpet. My body now shakes with laughter and so does Lily's. For the first time in a while, tears of mirth run down my face again.
"Sky?" Ryan asks, "Sky, are you ok?" I can't even move my head I'm shaking so hard with laughter. This time he rolls me over and the carpet is no longer muffling my laughter, so my laugh echo's throughout the room. Soon, everybody is laughing along with me. I clutch my stomach from the stich that is stuck in my thigh. I finally calm myself down and stop laughing as a thought hits me. I get up, but wince when I put a bunch of pressure on my ankle. I start dancing around the room, singing, It's Christmas Eve! over and over again.
I spin in random circles around the room. Slowly, I make my way over to my equally crazed friend and grab her hand. She shakes her head in laughter as we start to dance together. By dancing, I mean spinning in random patterns around the room. Soon, music is blaring out of the speakers. I laugh and dance even harder. A slow sung comes on and a smirk appears on me and Lils faces. We step up to each other, I bow and she curtsy.
"May I have this dance, my kind Lady?" I ask her.
"Of course my lovely Sir!" I try so hard to keep a straight face, that I must look constipated. We slow dance around the room. The others watch in the background, laughing at the sight of us. That is, until, Charlie walks in on us and looks horrified.
