Star Wars: Her New Beginning

Chapter 11

Dad, Obi-Wan, Ander, and I are about to leave for Kashyyyk. We are just waiting for our starfighters to be ready.

In a few minutes we are ready to leave. Dad and I say our goodbyes to mom and we leave. We all get in our starfighters and we take off. Once we get into space we decide to put on hyperspace. We have to get there as soon as possible.

"Dad I sense your uneasy. What's wrong?" I ask

He lets out a breath. I know he doesn't always like talking about how he is feeling. I think it's because if it is something then he doesn't want someone to think he is vulnerable.

"I'm just concerned for Analeia." Dad says "That's all."

I know that's not the full truth, but I'll let it go. For now.

"Okay." I say

It seems like getting to Kashyyyk is taking forever when it's really only been like twenty minutes.

When we get to the base and land our starfighters we see something weird. No ones here.

The base looks cool though. Different platforms going up the sides of he trees, some platforms leading onto the water, it looks really cool.

"Split up. We need to find everyone." Dad says

Ander and I go together. Obi-Wan and dad go together.

We look in several places, and we find a few clones and Wookies, but we don't find Analeia and Ashoka. I'm starting to get nervous.

"Let's check to cells." I suggest.

We go to where the cells are and we look in all of them. Again we find some clones and Wookies. But again no Analeia and Ashoka.

We get to the last cell and we find them.

"Anika?!" Analeia says with concern, worry, and shock in her tone.

Then Lord Minevilence walks out from the side. He lets out a small, evil chuckle.

"What are you so happy about?" I ask

"I'm finally getting what I wanted." He says

I remember his rough, deep voice from the last time we met.

"What are you talking about?" Ander asks

"Analeia, why don't you tell them about our past and what I want to do." Lord Minevilence says

Ander and I look at each other in confusion.

"Aunt Analeia, what's he talking about?" I ask

She lets out a breath.

"You know how I told you that a family took me in and the dad beat me? Well, Lord Minevilence is my "adoptive" father." She says "And he wants to kill me for revenge from you killing his son."

I just stand there in shock. I'm trying to process this.

I'm a bit confused by this.
