I gasp.
He's on one knee pulling a small black box out of one of his pockets. I put my hand to my mouth.
"Anika, you are an amazing, wonderful woman. I love you so much. The first time I saw you, I knew I was in love with you. I know you are the one for me. Will you do me the honors, by making me the happiest man in the galaxy and becoming my wife?" Ander proposes.
He opens the black box, revealing a white gold ring with one round diamond in the middle with four small ones leading up to it. It does a small twist before the big diamond in the middle.
I feel a few happy tears come down. I couldn't be happier.
"Oh my gosh, yes!" I say super excitedly.
He's smiling from ear to ear, just like I am. He puts the ring on my left, ring finger. A perfect fit. He stands up and we kiss.
"We're getting married." I whisper.
"Yes." He whispers back.
We kiss again. I can't explain how happy I am right now. I love Ander so much. Best Christmas gift ever.
After a while more of talking and walking, we decide to head back to my house. When we get there I unlock the front door and we get in. Once we turn the corner we see everyone.
"Congratulations!" Everyone yells.
I squeal. They must have known about this.
"Thank you." I say happily walking up to them.
We spend several hours celebrating. At around 9:00 pm Ander heads home. I head upstairs and change into pjs. I put on dark green, flannel pants, and a black tank top. I take off the necklace and put it on the hook I have for it. I undo my hair and just have it hang. I then get makeup remover and remove all this makeup. Once I'm done, I look at the beautiful ring on my finger. I smile. I can't help but smile.
I head back downstairs and see everyone cleaning up.
"Leia, I have a question for you." I say walking up to her.
"What is it?" She asks.
"Will you be my matron of honor?" I ask
"Absolutely." She says happily.
"Thank you." I say
She smiles.
Candra is still here. Good.
"Candra?" I ask
"Yes?" She asks
"Will you be my maid of honor?" I ask
She practically screams.
"Yes!" She says excitedly.
"Great." I say
I see Mara.
"Mara?" I ask
"Yes?" She asks
"Will you be one of my bridesmaids?" I ask
"Yes, I would be honored." She says
"Yay." I say
We spend some more time talking about the engagement, how big I want the wedding, etc... After we reach 11:00 pm I can't keep my eyes open any more. I head upstairs. I take my ring off and put it on my nightstand. I fall asleep with a smile.
