Chapter One

Leo's POV

"Come on guys, the Imperials are right behind us!" I said to my brothers, as we run through the rugged mountain like forest behind the Council Temple,in our white ceremonial robes. The Empire had to attack on one of the worst days ever,Graduation day,the day the class above me graduated from the academy.

Unfortunately I can't help but to look back at the Council Temple, which I can smell the burning of flesh from the top of the mountain like forest. I can't help it but my rage swells, causing me to clinch my fists. Which makes me wonder how it would be different if our father Poseidon, hadn't sent me and my four brothers off to the Sacred Temple, which is a four days walk or a two days run depending on your situation.

My name is Leo and I am seventeen and, I'm the tallest of my brothers, I'm six foot' one. I'm also very muscular, I also have short naturally spiked crimson red hair, with jet black streaks. When the wind blows my hair looks like my hair is on fire. I have a lightly pale skin. I also have crimson red eyes,and a massive tribal dragon tattoo, that is breathing flames, and spreading its arms
and reaches across the top of my chest. Its also spreading its talons out. The right side of the dragon, spreads onto my back. The tattoo covers eighty percent of my chest,and twenty percent of my back. The tail spreads across the bottom of my chest. There are tribal flames surrounding the entire dragon. The dragon itself, is jet black,while the all of the fire is crimson red.

I'm also one of the last of the Crimson Flame God-Dragon Slayers. The color of my Mark of the God-Dragon is crimson red, and is located just below my right shoulder. I have four brothers,and we all are God-Dragon Slayers. How I know this is all because we have a symbol know as the Mark of the God-Dragon. My magic specializes in mass destruction. There's other things that my magic is great at, but I haven't learned about it yet.

Dragon Slayer magic, is magic that runs through the blood of everyone that has it. It originated from a group of humans, that drank the blood of Dragons, during the Great Dragon War. Dragon Slayer magic gives the user, the power of a Dragon, and to then kill other dragons. It also gives the slayer, magic resistance to their magic. Dragon Slayers can replenish magic energy,by consuming their element. All Dragon Slayers have abnormally large canine teeth,and they are sometimes called Dragons.

The Great Dragon War, was a war the ravaged the planet, it was a fight to see who would rule over the other, Humans or Dragons. The humans formed the Dragunis Republic, and Dragons formed the Dragon Empire. However there was some Dragons that hated the idea, most Dragons sided with the Dragon Empire.

Out of thousands of dragons, only one hundred dragons hated the idea if one species ruling another. Those who hated the idea, hid away. During the time that those Dragons hid, the humans struggled to defeat the Dragons. The Dragons had destroyed seventy percent of the humans forces.

When those few Dragons, returned and returned with a vengeance. However they nearly lost, out of the hundred that rejected the idea, only six survived.....an Flame Dragon, an Sea Dragon, an Rock Dragon, an Sky Dragon, an Sun Dragon,and a Moon Dragon. These Dragons, in a half dead state, allowed six humans to slay and drink their blood. Before they slayed them, the Dragons taught the six, how to create spells, that would help them fight.

Each human drank the blood of their chosen Dragon,which created the first six Dragon Slayers. Once they drank the black od of their dragons, the six passed the blood of their Dragon around,allowing more Slayers to be created. This created the The Dragon Slayer Chain. The more they taught, the more Slayers they had to fight the Empire. Eventually those six died in battle, but their legacy continued on. After thousands of years, each Dragon Slayer magic, evolved into different magics.

The first magic to come from Flame Dragon Slayer magic is Crimson Dragon Slayer magic,and two other flames, Dark and Bluish. From Sea Dragon Slayer magic came Ice. Rock Dragon Slayer magic formed Metal. Sky Dragon Slayer magic created Thunder Dragon Slayer magic. From Sun Dragon Slayer magic came Galaxy Dragon Slayer magic. And Moon Dragon Slayer magic formed Neo Dragon Slayer magic. Those magic types corned the second generation is Slayer magic. As time passed,more and more Dragon Slayer Magic formed.
