It was one year after the war. We were all moving on in life. We couldn't afford to waste anymore time mourning over the lost. Yes, we still loved and missed them, but we had to accept their death. We knew this.
Annabeth and I were living in a small apartment in Manhattan. We had to live here until Camp Jupiter had an open house available. Right now they were all being lived in or rebuilt. Annabeth and my name were already signed on a house that had to be rebuilt because a giant stepped on it during the war.
"Percy, honey, come here." Annabeth called throughout the small apartment. I was in the living room and she was making us dinner. I got up and went into the kitchen.
"Yeah babe?" I asked her, kissing her cheek. She smiled at me but then got back to her serious side.
"I just got a call from Reyna. Our house is ready. We can move in tomorrow." Annabeth squeeled. It took a minute to process but when it did I grinned and pulled her by the waist to my body. She was warm and grinning from ear to ear.
"That's great sweatie. We can start moving in the morning. Have Jason and Piper got their house yet?" I asked, kissing her forehead.
"Yeah. They got the call yesterday. Oh, and I forgot to tell you. Piper called me earlier, Jason proposed! And she's preganet!" Annabeth was not the girly girl type. She could whip my butt any time. But now her gorgeous face was laughing. I laughed too.
"Wow. This is great. We can babysit the kid and everything." I said, getting excited at the idea of babysitting my best friends kids for them. I loved kids.
"Seaweed Brain, by then, we should have our own kids. Don't you think?" She asked. Her face turned a little red when what she had said sunk in.
"Yes, we should. At least I hope so." I said, picking her up by the waist so she could kiss me.
"Aww. I can't wait." She said. Just then whatever was on the stove boiled over and Annabeth cursed under her breath and hurried over to fix it. She turned down the heat and grabbed a towel to clean up the mess. I helped her.
"Thanks." She said when we were done. I smiled and kissed her lips, pulling us both up without breaking our lips. I thought it was smooth and was I pretty happy that I didn't caused us to tumble into the hot stove.
"No. We can't. Maybe later." Annabeth said, pulling back and gesturing to the stove. I laughed, wanting more but understanding. I kissed her once more and went back to the living room to finish the bills.
About ten minutes later Annabeth came into the living room with two plates in her hand. She handed me mine and sat beside me.
"Mmm. Homeade blue mac&cheese. My favorite." I dug in and Annabeth laughed, taking a bite of her own dinner.
"So tomorrow, we are going to move all the big stuff first. I hate it when people move all the little stuff and then have to move it all to fit the big stuff. I'll call a moving truck tonight." Annabeth said and I nodded. We finished our supper. I took her plate with me to the kitchen to clean them.
I filled the simk with water and added some bubbly soap. I didn't need the bright yellow cleaning gloves like Annabeth because I didn't get wet.
About ten minutes later Annabeth came in, talking on the phone, she looked irritated.
"No. We need a truck that can go from Sohanson to Camp Jupiter. I understand that that is a long way. I swear to the gods, Connor, get me the truck or I will come over there and whip your butt." She exclaimed. She was talking to Connor Stoll, Hermes son.
I laughed out loud and Annabeth gave me a death glare. I quickly shut my mouth and continued with dishes.
"Connor, I only need one truck. No, not one hundred, one. OK. Have it here by six. Thank you." Annabeth sighed and hung up.
"That boy is so exasperating!" Annabeth came over and wrapped her arms around my neck. I grabbed her thighs and lifted her up, she wrapped her legs around my waist and we kissed. The kiss got deeper and more passionate as we moved on. Soon, I moved through the doorway and onto the living room sofa. I pushed her against it and layed on top of her.
Yeah, I could tell this was going to be a good night. I was absolutley right.
Annabeth and I had sex. We were both hoping for a baby and we were trying really hard. Also, we were doing a lot of hoping. Thanks for everything jamespotterthe2nd.
Guys, I am revising everything. Feel free to read but don't take this too seriously. Soon, I promise.
