Annabeth and Piper had dinner finished by the time everybody had started ariving. They started knocking at six.
"Hey Leo. How's the building going?" I asked, letting him and Calypso into the house. Leo still had his babyish and unserious face. His eyes still sparkled with mischeif, but he had changed. He was more serious after the war. I think Calypso was the only one who could control him.
"Hey Perce, everything's going great. Tomorrow we finish Hercules cabin. Zeus is allowing him off the island long enough to visit it." Leo said. He was wearing clean jeans and a dirty camp T-sshirt. His hands were stsained with oil and green paint.
Calypso was wearing a plain white cotton dress that went just below her knees. She had a white knitted shawl over it and a silver necklace. Her dark hair was pulled into a messy bun that was braided on both sides. She wore no makeup but still managed to look beautiful.
I led them into the dining room where the table was just finishing being set with plates and silverware.
"Annabeth, everyone is here." I told her, she was setting a large roast in the middle of the table.
"OK. Go get Jason and Frank, there playing your video games up stairs." Annabeth told me.
"What! Why did you let them touch that? They're going to wreck all my scores!" I hurried upstairs and into one of the spare bedrooms. Jason and Frank were sitting in beanie chairs, argueing over who was better at Grand Theft Auto.
"I'm the best. Now put it away boys, dinner's ready." I said from the doorway. They both turned and, still muttering their argument, followed me downstairs.
"OK. Everyone sit." Annabeth called to the room at large. We all obeyed.
Annabeth and I were both sitting on the ends. Jason was sitting on the ledft side from Annabeth. Piper was beside him. Frank was sitting next to Jaosn. Sitting across from Piper was Leo. Calypso sat nexrt to him, then came Hazel.
We all passed the food around and dug in. I looked down to Annabeth and she nodded.
"OK. Listen up, there is a reason we invited you all for dinner. We have a question to ask you all." I started. Everyone looked up, now listening.
"What is it?" Piper asked, setting her knife and fork down. She looked at Annabeth and I curiously.
"We have another quest. Reyna has informed me that there have been numerous monster attacks on demigods. They seem to be working together. We need to find and stop whoever is leading them." I said.
"OK. I'm in." Frank said. He didn't even hesitate. I smiled at him gratefully.
"I don't know, I mean, I am preganet. I don't want to hurt the baby." Piper said. Hazel nodded in agreement.
"I know. If you don't want to do it, we can do this Camp Half-Blood style. Only a couple have to go." I said.
"Frank, if Hazel isn't going , are you?" Annabeth asked the man.
"Is that alright?" He looked at his wife.
"I don't see why this should hold you back from going. As long as your home by the time the baby comes." Hazel said and Frank grinned.
"OK. That's Percy, Frank, and me. What about you Jason? Leo?" Annabeth asked, looking at the boys.
"I can go. It would be a hinderance to my building but I think I will be able to live with it. And plus, it's not like my cabin can't do it while I'm gone." Leo said. Calypso sighed.
"Boys. Always willing to risk there lives." She muttered. Leo laughed.
"Don't worry honey, I'll be back before you know it." Leo told his wife. She nodded.
"I'm going. But only if that's alright with Piper." Jason looked at his wife hopefully.
"I hate to be the mean one, but I don't know if I can go at this alone. We are already four months in." Piper said, looking sad. Jason kissed her.
"OK. It looks like I'm staying. Sorry guys. Looks like you're going Greek style." Jason said sadly. He gave a smile but I could tell it was forced. I felt bad for the guy.
"I want to go." Calypso spoke up, looking determined.
"What? No babe, you're not putting yourself in dangers way." Leo exclaimed.
"You are, what's the difference. I may have grown up differently, but I am still a goddess. I can't be killed. And plus, you may need a goddesses protection." Calypso retorted. Leo sighed in defeat.
"So that's Percy, Frank, Calypso, Leo, and me." Annabeth said ticking us off on her fingers.
"We leave tomorrow. I don't know how long to pack for so guestimate." I said. "I am going to IM Reyna and let her know." I got up and went to the bathroom upstairs so I wouldn't be overheard.
"Great. The monsters latest attack was over in Manhattan. Head there first. You leave bright and early in the morning. I will send as much protection with you as I can. Good luck and stay safe." Reyna said after I explained everyting.
"Great. See you soon." I swiped the water message and it disappeared. I took a minute, just sitting there and thinking.
I was taking my last quest. I knew I wouldn't have another one after this. I hated to say it, but i would be too ol to go on another one.
After a couple minutes to myself I got up and went back down to the dining room.
"OK. We leave bright and early in the morning. We will be heading to Manhattan because that's where the last attavk was. Reyna will be sending us with some sort of protection. Whether that's lika a weapon or some kind of sell thing a goddess can do, I don't know. We just need to be prepared. Go home and pack. Make sure you get lots of rest." I told everyone.
"Jason and I will stay and help you clean up." Piper offered. Annabeth agreed and they set to clearing off the table.
I showed everyone else to the door.
"It was great seeing you guys, Percy." Hazel gave me a good-bye hug and Frank shook my hand. They walked away.
"See ya in the morning." Calypso  bear hugged me and Leo gave me his signature mischeiviousgrin. They walked away.
After everybody was gone I went upstairs to our bedroom and started to pack. I packed six pairs of jeans and ten T-shirts. I put four sweatshirts into the bag, along with a bunch of socks. I packed lots of boxers too. I packed two extra pairs of tennis shoes just to be safe.
I had been packing for about an hour when Annabeth walked in.
"Are you finished?" She asked me, sitting on the bed.
"Yeah. I'm going to hit the shower. " I said, grabbing a pair of sweatpants and bxers.
"OK. I will finish my packing." Annabeth got up and grabbed her backpack.
I opened the bathroom door and started the shower.
After I took a shower I brushed my teeth and went out to the bedroom. Annabeth had her back to me, she was n the phone with somebody.
"No dad. I'm going to be OK. Tell Helen not to worry. OK bye dad." Annabeth hung up, I could tell she was close to tears by the sound of her voice.
