"Percy, wake up. We're here." Frank's voice interupted my sweet dreams of Annabeth. i sat up in my seat and bonked heads with Fank, who had been leaning over me.
'Sorry man. are we at the hotel?" I asked, looking around. The cool night breexe was giving me goosebumps and I shivered.
"Yeah. Leo went to check us in." Frank said. Calypso was sstill sound asleep in the passenger seat. She looked cold so I put a blanket around her.
"OK. Grab your stuff, we are room 7B." Leo came out with four passcards in his hands. He gave one to Frank and me and pocketed the other two.
I climbed off the carriage thingy and went to the trunk. I tossed Frank his bag and shouldered mine. I grrabbed Leo's and Calypso's as Leo was carrying Ccalypso.
We made our way to our room and went inside. It turnes out our room was a suite.There were three beds and a huge bathroom. We even got a hot tub.
We all claimed a bed and Leo set Calypso down on theirs. He took her jacket and shoes off and covered her up.
"OK. I'm taking a shower. We need to leave in the morning." I said, grabbing my bag and heading to the bathroom.
After my shower I dressed in basketball shorts and a T-shirt.
"Where's Leo?' I asked, looking around but I couldn't find him.
"He went to add evrything to the car. He said not to wait up on him." Frank was stratched out on his bed, texting someone. Probally Hazel.
I laid down on my bed and pulled out my phone.
Me: Hey sweetie, how are you?
Wise Girl: Great. Spending the night at Piper's wih Hazel
Me; Don't get any ideas with Jason =)
Wise Girl: Oh shut up Seaweed Brain. I'm pregnant, remember.Good night.
Me: Night Wise Girl
I smiled to myself and fell asleep still texting Annaebeth.
I woke up the next morning and rolled over to see Annabeth. Of course she wasn't there thoug. I had to remember that I wouldn't be seeing her for awhile.
Sighing, I got up and made myself a cup of coffee. That's when I noticed Leo still wasn't in his bed. As quietly as I could, I grabbed my room key and sneakers. I grabbed my sweat shirt and snuck out the door.
I went out to the parking lot and searched for Leo.
I found our car but didn't see Leo.
"Fuck." I swore, running back into the lobby and to our suite. I shook Frank and Calypso awake.
"I don't know where Leo is. He's not by the car or in here. But the car is done.' I said. frank and Calypso both shot up, looking worried.
"Oh. Where could he be?" calypso cried, tears forming in her eyes.
"I don't know. We need to split up and search the whole hotel." I said. "I've got the pool and areas near there. Frank, you search the West side. Calypso, you've got the East side. Meet back here in one hour."
We all split and went our seperate ways. I ran to the pool and opened the door.
I saw no signs of Leo but I did IM Reyna.
"OK. Leo's MIA. He went to fix our vehicle last night. I went to check this morning. He finished it but he disapeared." I explained. Reyna looked worried.
"Well, there are quite a lot of you. The monsters may have got him." Reyna said.
"I know that. I just don't want to breal the knews to Calypso. She'd kill me." I said. Reyna sighed.
"Sometimes heroes have to do stuff they don't want to. You're going to have to tell her. Good-bye Percy. Good luck." With that Reyna swiped her and through the water and our connection was lost. Just then Frank came barging in through th door, panting slightly.
"I found something. Follow me." We ran back through the lobby and up to the fourth floor. He led me into a janitor's closet.
"I saw a faint trae of blood on the carpet. It led into this closet and look what I found." Frank pointed to a trash bin. It had black writing on it.
If you ever wish to see your friend again you will come to the roof at midnight tonight of the empire state building. Bring knowone Jackson or I will ill all your friends.

I looked at Frank and he looked worried.
"OK. If we are going to make it there by midnight we need to move now. Go find Calypso and I'll load our stuff and check us out." I said. Frank nodded and ran to find Calypso.
I ran to our room and packed our bags. I shouldered all of them and went to check us out.
Once we were all in the car I backed out of the parking lot and headed for Paris..
Calypso was crying in the backseat and Frank was texting Hazl again. He must really miss her.
"We should get there about ten. We'ss just camp out in here until then." I said. Frank nodded, not looking up from his phone.
I could tell this was going to be a long and quiet journey. I switched the radio to Annabeth's favorite station and drove.
We got to the Empire State Building at my predicted time. I pulled the car up to the side of the street and looked at my friends.
I made a prmise to myself that minute. I would make sure both of my friends got home to their families. We would find Leo and Calypso and him would be reunited.
OK. I'm going to go and buy us some food. You guys stay here and don't move." I told them, opening my door and getting out. I locked them inside and went to the nearest corner store.
I went inside and looked around. There were rows of dood and drinks. I loaded a basket. I grabbed some Wheat Thins, Doritos, Twizzlers, Twinkies, ham, and bread. I also grabbed some mustard. I bought us all a Faygo pop and a case of Cokes. I decided to grab some cold coffee too.
I carried all the food and drinks to the vehicle and unlocked the door. I pushed all the bags onto the back seat that was open.
"Dig in." I said. Calypso happily took a Twinkie and a Coke. Frank grabbed the Doritos and a coffee. I grabbed the Wheat Thins and Twizzlers along with two cokes.
I still had ona and a half hour to go until I had to be up on the roof so I decided to take a nap. I told Frank to wake me up in an hour.
I had some bad dreams. This wasn't unnormal but that didn't make it any more great.
