I was already attending the patient and everything seems go to smoothly, and I was doing a really good job, but still I shouldn't let my guard down that easily.

"Hold his blood—" and I was interrupted by the little sound the machine was making.

But everything seems to go really good!!

"Move it..." I hear a cold voice I look up and notice a short guy standing there. I get out of the way as he told me.

"You can wait outside of the surgery room." I nod and leave.

I wait for hours and hours, but it feels like days have pass. I try to look from the window, but then I hear the door opening, I turn my gaze and I see him again standing in front of me. His skin was pale, despite the normal tan of the local people, yet it was a smooth pale that was attractive than normal tan skin. His hair was black, properly contrasting the pale skin tone cut in a clean undercut and had a beautiful shine. His eyes equally striking, sunken in a slightly empty way, yet sparkling with a sultry glint as he keep staring at me.

"You did a great job on putting pressure on his blood, but you have to know that this is not college anymore."

"I understand but thank you, you really save me there." I bow in gratitude.

"I never try to save you, I was only saving the patient lives." He respond with a tone that made me realize that he didn't care about me, not even a little bit.

"As you see I don't have a lot of time, if you excuse me I have some paper work to do."

"Oh yes." I move out of the way and he leave.

What a cold guy...

"So how was you're meeting with Dr. Levi?" I turn around and Hanji was standing, yet smiling.

"Well, I thought that this doctor will be a nice guy, but it turn out to be a cold guy, that make you feel uncomfortable." I scratch my head and I hear Hanji chuckle.

"Don't worry, Levi is always like that when it comes to the doctors or nurses." She put a hand on my arm and smile brightly.

"If you say so..." I shrug and look down.

"How about if I invite you to dinner? You'll probably forget about it." I look at her and she still smiling brightly.

"Deal!" I smile back at her and we head to the cafeteria.

Hanji and I were having a good time, laughing, talking, making jokes, telling stories, talking about us, everything seems to be so calm no worries, or to be thinking about stupid things just having fun was all that count now.

"Eren, well we were planning a welcome party for you at the 'Makoto Restaurant' so be ready at nine thirty!" I wide my eyes and almost spit out the water.

"Oh no! There was no need to make a welcome party!" I shake my head sideways.

"It sure it is!" She smiles, but that didn't reassure me a little bit.

"Look when we heard from Mr. Ackerman that he has found another brilliant doctor that will help the hospital everyone was happy and specially his son, but of course he stay with his poker face. But from the look on his eyes, it tell me the opposite" She chuckled, but I only stare at her in surprise that I feel my eyes will pop out.

"Dr. Levi was happy?" I said astonish.

She nod. "Levi cares about his patient a lot and when he heard about you coming to this hospital made happy since you will probably save patients." She grab a spoon and dig into her ice cream.

"So you're telling me...that Dr. Levi put his life when he's saving or taking care of his patient?" I tilt my head in confusion.

"Mhm, Levi become really soft heart towards the patient, but not to us the doctors." She digs into her ice cream again.

"I see...well then everyone is happy because of the same reason right?" Said I and she only nod with the spoon on her mouth.

"Then is decide...I will attend to the party."
