Willow turned 13 a week ago. Everyone kept asking her how it felt to be a teenager, but she didn't feel any different. They all said it came with a lot of responsibility but she didn't have much responsibility.
The Only big thing she was responsible for was sometimes she had to babysit Andrew, her little 8 month old brother. But that wasn't too hard.
They were steed lobster for dinner. Tony, her father, had been wanting to go for a while. Willow was very quiet tonight. She hadn't been quite herself for the last few weeks.
"Willow??"
She looked up from her daydream. "Yeah?"
"Did you hear me?"
"No mom... I was thinking..."
"Oh," Ziva Continued. "Well, I was thinking we might be able to go to the fair tomorrow. What do you think?"
"Sounds like fun!"
"Alright it's settled. We will go tomorrow."
They went home that night excited. The next day passed quite slowly because of excitement. They went to the fair around 5:00 right after dinner.
There, they had fun and rode rides and played games. But all the merriment stopped when there was a Loud bang. People swarmed the fair.
They didn't hurt anyone. Not until they came to the DiNozzos. They came up kind of closed and without hesitation, one of the men pulled the trigger, shooting Tony. He fell to the ground and lay there motionless.
People screamed. Ziva screamed. Tony was dead. Willow didn't know what to do at first. Then she looked closer at the agents. She took Ziva's arm and pulled her back and to the side. Ziva wanted to run and defend Tony, but they took his body. She fell to the ground sobbing.
Willow picked up Andy and hushed him. The commotion settled down. Ziva stayed crying. Willow was crying to, but she hid it well. Her father just died, but she was remarkably calm.
Ziva leaned back against a post and looked up at her daughter. "Why are you so strong?"
Willow's lips quivered. "I'm not," she whispered. Ziva hugged her.
"Aww baby... It's okay, you can cry. Just let it all out." Ziva rubbed her back and sobs filled her body. Ziva cried with her. Willow sniffed as she leaned back. "I'm okay... I'll be fine."
She kept telling herself this all night until Ziva had gone to bed for good. Willow rolled up some pillowed and blankets to make it look like she was in bed asleep. Then she climbed out her window.
She ran to a bus stop and got on. It was late so not many people were out but she rode for fifteen minutes. Then she went down a few secluded streets and down a gutter area. It led to a doorway of a secret agency. No one knew about this.
It was called the SAG, the Secret Agent Group. Stupid name, willow thought when she entered for the first time. But that was a whole year ago.
She marched in and went into the director's office. She Waited until the director came in and invited her to the office. "I want to see my dad."
"Who?"
"Don't play dumb! I know it was you guys who shot him and took him! I know how you work. You use them. You almost kill them and then you use them! I looked in your records! Agent Tom Hatcher. He died when he was bombarded by people and shot three times. But you guys used him. You interrogated him and killed him. So now I want to see my dad. I know he's here."
The director sat behind his desk. "Well, I admit we shot him. And I admit we took him. But I'm afraid, willow, he died during transport here. As for what you know, when did you learn this."
Willow shook her head. "Uh... Uh about ten minutes ago?"
The director nodded and then spoke into her intercom. "Send Agent DenRose in."
A few moments later a tall, strong man came in. He stood as all the other agents stood when I'm front of the director. "You called me, ma'am?"
"Yes. I need you to do something. But first, willow, I need you to go out there. This is top secret."
As soon as willow left, the director continued. "I need her memory wiped. Just for about fifteen minutes. Since she got here basically."
Caleb nodded. "Okay..."
"Also if you could wipe the memory of her father dying. Just of who killed him. Make it seem as though a single man shot and the crowd began running. Can you do that?"
"Change her memories and wipe some too? Sure." He didn't feel good about this.
"Okay. And after that, she should be out for a good ten minutes. Just drop her off at the side of her house."
Caleb nodded. "Yes, Ma'am."
He left her office to do her bidding "willow, if you could come with me. My name's caleb."
She stood and went with him. He put her on a chair. "Now, this procedure might sting a little. But it is going to help you recover over the loss of your dad. We've never had an agent's father killed before. We want to know all the details. So if you could just lay here. I'm going to strap your arms and legs down."
He did these as he said it. Then he walked behind a protective screen and pressed a button. Energy waves were shot through Willow's mind and body. She screamed in pain.
Caleb looked away. At least she won't remember the pain, he thought.
After she was finished, she was out cold. He took her and left her beside her house as he was told to do. Then he left.

Ziva was worried. She woke up in the middle of the night and willow wasn't there. she sat on the couch wondering where she could've gone.Suddenly the door was trying to be opened. Ziva ran to it and looked out the peephole. It was Willow. She opened the door.
Willow seemed a bit hazy. "Willow! Where were you!?"
She looked at Ziva. She was reminded of Tony when she looked at her and began crying again. Ziva brought her inside. "Shhh. Everything will be fine, Willow."
