In time, willow got a lot better. She started talking, though it was soft and rough sometimes. She also got better for walking. She still needed the brace, but she could feel down to almost her feet. The nerves were somehow rebuilding one another.

She was now at home, preparing for a school dance. Jake was taking her to the prom. Of course he was, he Was her boyfriend after all.

Willow put on her dress. It looked good and covered the ugly bulge from the brace well. She prepared completely and came downstairs.

Ziva smiled as she came down the steps. "Oh, you look beautiful!"

Willow smiled and tucked a hair behind her ear. "Thanks, mom."

Jake knocked on the door and Tony answered it. He came in and stopped when he saw Willow. "Willow..." He was speechless.

Willow smiled and blushed a little.

"Y- you're beautiful!!"

"Thanks..."

Her dress was a royal blue with diamonds at the top. A sleeveless dress with a shawl to keep her warm. Her perfect hair fit her face well.

She walked over to Jake and kissed his cheek. "I'm so excited."

He smiled. "Me too."

Soon, they went to the prom. It was so much fun. They danced and ate some finger foods, and danced some more.

"I'll be right back, jake..." Willow went to the restroom.

Jake got a bit more food. As he put the first bite in his mouth, he felt a tap on his shoulder. He turned to see his ex, skyler, standing there.

"What do you want, sky?"

"Oh, jakey... don't you wish that we were still together???"

"No. I'm with Willow now "

"Oh that little girl. She's so dirty though. And poor. Can't we just have a little fun?"

She grabbed Jake's neck and kissed him. He kissed back, remembering how good it felt. He pulled away and couldn't help a smile tug at his lips.

The kiss rendered him speechless. "Uh- i- uh-"

Everything stopped when he heard a gasp. He turned and saw Willow. She stared at him. She had seen enough. She stormed out.

Jake grabbed her hand. "Willow, wait! I can explain! She kissed me. I didn't kiss her!"

Willow stopped and turned. The music had stopped and everyone was watching the commotion they had started.

"It takes two people to kiss... I can't believe you betrayed me like that. I'll never trust you again."

With that, she snapped around and walked away. Jake stood, helpless in the crowd. Then he ran after her "Willow! Willow!!!"

She ran home, taking off her heels of course, and ran straight up to her room. Jake was right behind her. "Willow, please!"

He sighed at the door slammed in his face. Ziva came around the corner. "Jake? What happened?"

They went into the kitchen, tony there too. Jake explained everything. Every detail, down to every last word.

"I tried to explain it to her, but she wouldn't listen."

"I understand," Ziva said. "Maybe Tony and could talk some sense into her."

Ziva knocked on the door "Willow? Can I come in?"

Willow stared in the mirror at her once perfect hair. Now it was messed up and frizzy and falling out. Her nose was red. It turned red when she cried. Her makeup was smudged from the tears.

"As long as you don't have Jake with you."

Ziva came in with tony. "He's downstairs..."

Willow wiped a tear. "Good. I never want to see him again."

Ziva stood back. "That's a little harsh, don't you think?"

Willow turned around. "How can you say that??? Don't you know what he did???"

Ziva frowned a little. "Why don't you ask him the whole story??"

"I'm never talking to him again!! He cheated on me! I found him all over his ex. Why would I want to hear the whole story when I lived it?!"

"Calm down, willow..."

"How can you tell me to calm down?!"

"Willow, you really shouldnt be so hard on the poor boy. He was only-"

"I can't believe you, mother! You're taking his side?! Just get out! Get out!!"

Willow slammed the door behind ziva and locked it. She lay on her bed, so upset. She felt betrayed. Everyone she had ever trusted had turned on her.

Tony and ziva returned to Jake. He sighed. Ziva sat next to him. "We tried."

"Yeah.. I heard...."

Tony sighed. "Come with me, jake."

He led him up to Willow's room and knocked. "Willow, it's me. Can I come in?"

Willow leaned against her door. "No."

Tony jiggled the door handle. "Why not?"

"Because I'm tired-" she bit back tears. "I'm tired of being hurt"

Tony sighed. "Willow, the only way to fix this is to talk. So why don't you open the door?"

"No. Whatever you have to say you can say."

"It's not me who has to say anything..." Tony motioned to Jake.

Jake stepped up. "Willow..."

She kicked the door. "Go away!"

"No! Not until you hear me out!" He yelled.

Willow was shocked. He never yelled. Or even got mad. She remained silent.

"I didn't want to kiss her. Or even talk to her. But she grabbed me and forced it. It's not my fault..." He cringed at his own words. "I mean, I should've fought back harder. I'm sorry..."

Willow wanted to believe it, but she saw him smile. She kicked the door gently. "You liked it. I saw you smile..."

"I can't deny that I didn't enjoy it..." Tony kicked his shoe and he put a finger up to shush him. "For the moment.. but it was nothing like kissing you. Willow, you know I would never betray you. I would never cheat on you. You know that. So why doubt it?"

Willow leaned her head against the door. "I don't know."

"Then open the door... or I'll break it down and you know I will."

Willow smirked a little. She unlocked the door and opened it. As soon as he could, jake stepped in, held Willow's face up, and kissed her passionately.

She leaned back, smiling slightly. "I probably look horrible..."

"You look amazingly beautiful." He held her chin up. "I wouldn't want you any other way."
