👏 Alison's P.O.V. 👏
"I don't want to do it anymore." I looked at Tyler. We were already at the parking lot of this huge building where all of the auditions will be done.
"You're going to do great. Just relax." He patted my back as I started to hyperventilate.
"I can't relax, okay? I can't breathe. I have a feeling I have to vomit, and I think I might pass out." I said, nervously.
He held my hand. "That's just the nerves speaking. You're going to be fine. Just pretend you're auditioning for a school play."
"In a school play, it's just usually me and Dylan who is auditioning for a part, not hundreds of people."
"And this is how it's going to be if you want to be a successful actress. Better get used to it now than never." He reasoned.
I inhaled and exhaled deeply. "Okay, I'm going to do this."
"Good. Now, get out of the car. Just text me when you're done." He started shoving me out the car and when I was finally out, he drove off in lightning speed.
"No turning back at this point." I said to myself, as I stepped into the huge building.

"How was it?" Tyler asked as I step into his car.
"Not as bad as I thought, but I hate the waiting part." I put my seatbelt on.
"Of course you do, did you see my mom?"
"Yeah, she was surprised, but I told her you dared me to do it, so I had no choice. I didn't want her to be suspicious, so I lied."
"It's okay. Do you think you'll get a call back?"
"Not really. All the other girls who auditioned for the part had experiences except for me, but I don't regret anything. I'm actually happy I did it."
"See, it told you so. Now, you can go to other auditions without feeling nervous."
I nodded in agreement. I have to say, it was a great experience. Once I was there, the nervousness went away. I even met some new friends who gave me some pointers. The only thing I hated was waiting for them to call you. I spent almost the whole afternoon, waiting in the lobby before they called me. I need to remind myself to bring some food along with me the next time I audition because I'm no good with an empty stomach.
"Hey, can you drop me off to the mall? I promised Kate, I'll go prom dress shopping with her. She's a bit nervous because it's her last prom she'll ever go to, and she said she wants to look perfect for that day."
"What about you? Aren't you going shopping as well?" He asked, making a right turn.
"Nope, mom said she'll design something for me. I think it's almost done, but I haven't seen it yet." I told him. When mom knew that my senior prom was next week, she panicked. She didn't expect it to be this early, so she took a week off and trapped herself in her room, making a prom dress for me in less than a week. I don't even know if she'll make it, but she seems determine for me to wear it on prom day.
"Okay. Just text me the colour of your dress, so I can match it."

"I hate this. I can't find anything that looks good on me." Kate groaned in frustration. We've been in the mall for 2 hours now, and she still hasn't found anything yet.
"No, you can't find anything you like. You're just so focused on buying the perfect dress."
"What am I going to do? We've searched this whole mall, and still can't find anything." She said as if it was the end of the world.
"Oh I know! We haven't looked at Baskett 101 yet."
"But it's not in this mall."
"Then we'll go there. Let's go back to my house and pick up my car, and we'll drive there." I picked and her up and dragged her out of the store.
"Do you think I can get friends and family discount?" She asked.
"Yeah sure, I'll give you 10% discount."
"Just 10?"
"If you didn't drag me to 15 stores without buying anything, it would've been 20." I gave her a smile. Maybe, she'll like something from my mom's design. She just released a new line last month and I heard that business has been going well. She even told me that by September of this year, there would stores in Europe as well. I'm happy to announce that Baskett 101 is finally an international brand.

"Hey Alison, what are you doing here?" One of the employees, Tanya, asked me.
"Well, my friend here is trying to find a prom dress." I pushed Kate in front of me. "Do you have any suggestions? She kind of wants a perfect dress."
"Follow me." She instructed. She led us into this section where all the dresses were placed. "Maybe, you'll find something here."
Kate looked through it and finally stopped when she saw this mint green, strapless long gown. It had sparkling stones all through its sweetheart neckline. It looked elegant and I'm pretty sure she loved the dress just by the reaction she has.
"Try it on." I said, as I snap her back from reality. Tanya helped her get into one of the dressing room as I sat down on one of the couches and waited for her to be done. After a few minutes, she finally went out of the dressing room and I gasped on how good it looked on her. I knew that this dress was the one we've been searching for this whole time.
"This is the dress." Kate finally said with a huge smile on her face.
"Alex is going to pass out when he sees you." She gave me a twirl and I put my thumbs up, agreeing that she should buy it. She went back to the dressing room to change, and after changing she bought the dress, but not only the dress, she also bought a few blouses as well. Let's just say, she maxed out his father's credit card again.
"I feel so happy now. Tanya said that no one has bought this dress yet because the other schools near the area hasn't had prom yet, and since it's pretty far from our school, no one will think of going there." She said as we get in the car. Ever since she found that dress, she hasn't stopped talking about prom. I think she has a prom disorder.
"We should have just come here in the first place. You wasted two hours of my time, and my legs are hurting now because all the seats were occupied. Did you see how crowded the mall was? So many people are buying prom dresses all at once."
"Yes, because prom is less than a week. How about you? Has your mom finished it yet?" She asked.
"I think she's almost finish. She didn't want me to see it yet until it is completely finish."
"You're so lucky you have a mom as a designer."
"Yeah, do you want to go out and grab something to drink?" I asked her, after two hours of looking for prom dresses, kind of tires me out.
"Yeah, I heard there was a cool smoothie place near here. I think you just need to turn left on the next block and we're there."
Smoothies here we come..
*'*'*'*'*'*'*'*'*'*'*'*'*'*'*'*
"Mom, are you home? I bought you a smoothie." I called, as I got in my house. The smoothie place was amazing. You get to pick out whatever you want to put in the smoothie and they will make it for you. I went with mangoes and lychees, and it tastes wonderful. It was so good that I decided to buy one for mom since I know she's working 24 hours for this dress of mine. I wish she would just let me use one of her other design, but she refuses, saying that prom is one of the most special time of a person's life and I have to make it special.
"Ali, are you there? Come up here! I have a surprise for you." She yelled, I think her voice came from her room. I quickly got went up to her room, and went I opened it I gasped.
"This is your prom dress." She said.
WOW.
