Btw, that's Captain's necklace. If you have any questions about who or what looks like, just ask and I'll show them next chapter. :3

Isabelle:

The next morning, I woke up with Norman's arms tight around my waist, with his chest pressed against my back. His face was buried in my neck, and I could tell he was awake because he wasn't snoring. Usually, even if he wasn't drunk, he'd snore louder than the waves hitting the side of the ship.

"Morning." I mumbled. He didn't respond, just rubbed my tummy.

"I love you." He murmured. Last night, he had said 'I love you' and 'I'm sorry' over a million times before he passed out.

"Love you too." I said, rubbing my hand over his, leaning against him.

"Love you more."

"Love you most."

"Love you most-er." He declared, kissing my neck. "I really am sorry about last night. I was a complete dick."

"It's ok." I said.

"If it makes you feel better, I have a horrible headache." He moaned. I rolled over to face him, and rubbed his temple.

"Aw, poor baby." I mumbled, sticking out my bottom lip in a pouty face.

"Poor me indeed." He grumbled, closing his eyes. I leaned forward and kissed his forehead, holding him close.

"That's what you get for drinking." I pointed out, laughing a little. He groaned, hugging me tightly. I sighed, giving the top of his head a kiss.

"I hate drinking." He muttered. "Sort of."

"Mhm. Sure." I scoffed, kissing the top of his head. I felt him give my collarbone a kiss.

"I love you more than I love booze." He mumbled.

"You've told me that all night last night." I stated.

"I know."

We sat in silence for a while, me holding him for a long time. The ship rocked us back and forth, and we listened to the waves lapping at the sides. Then, I felt Norman lowering, towards my stomach. When he was above it, he gently rested his head against it, murmuring "I love you and your mother so much" multiple times. I sighed and rubbed his hair, and I heard him groan.

"That feels so good." He groaned, kissing my stomach.

"Maybe you should get drunk more often. You're more passionate when you screw up." I joked. Norman didn't find it funny though, as he sat up.

"I didn't mean to screw up." He mumbled, sitting away. I sat up too, and snuggled into his chest.

"I know you didn't. I was just joking." I murmured.

He sighed, and held me tightly to his chest. "I love you."

"Please stop saying that. It means less and less the more you say it." I pleaded, looking up at him. I loved him saying that to me, don't get me wrong. But when he said it multiple times over and over again, it started grating on the ears.

"I'm sorry." He mumbled, kissing the top of my head.

"I know, Dear." I said, pulling away a little. "Now lay down. I'm going to fix you some breakfast." I ordered, getting off of the bed.

He laid back down, his head resting on the pillow, and I pulled the covers up to his chest. I leaned down and kissed his forehead before leaving him to get him some eggs or some other form of protein. I saw Jack walking around alone on the deck, his eyes on the ocean. With the sun barely risen, the ocean was bathed yellow and white, another beautiful scene.

"Jack!" I called, walking over to him. He turned to me, nodded, and turned back to the ocean. "Do you have any eggs or something?" I asked. "Protein is good for hangovers."

"There may be some boiled eggs in the cellar. Possibly some beans too." He stated.

"Thanks. Where's the rest of the crew?" I asked, glancing around.

"Asleep. They won't be up till about noon. I'm surprised Captain's awake." He remarked.

"Yeah. I don't think he slept much last night." I said.

"Wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. He seemed awfully guilty about last night." He said. I nodded, remembering last night. How he refused to even let me walk away for more than a few feet. "Speaking of which, what happened in the alley?"

I glanced down at my clothes. I was dressed in new clothes, and the bloody ones were in a pile, waiting to be cleaned. "A man from the bar tried to make me his." I muttered grimly. "So I took my sword out and killed him. It was purely self defense."

"Don't blame ya. Not a lot of women are as lucky as you." He said.

Suddenly, I felt another pair of arms wrap around my waist, pulling me into Norman's chest. His face nuzzled into my neck, giving it kisses. "I'm so sorry. I should've been there."

"Norman, it's not your fault." I said, rubbing his hands.

"Yes it is. I shouldn't've hurt you and made you run away." He mumbled.

"Aren't you supposed to be in bed?" I asked, turning around to face him.

"I don't wanna sleep." He muttered. "I wanna be with you. I'll never leave your side again."

I nodded, and kissed his forehead. He buried his face into my collarbone, probably not liking the bright early morning sun. "You should get back. I'm just going to get you some eggs and beans." I suggested, already leading him back towards our quarters. He nodded, stepping back inside.

"I'll get him food." Jack offered. I turned and smiled at him, showing my appreciation.

Back inside, Norman led me to the bed, and fell down onto it, dragging me on top of him. I laughed a little, straddling in his lap. He pulled me down to kiss me, his hand resting on the small of my back. Then he pulled away, and took my hand. He saw the ring on it, and started twirling it around.

"You still have it." He remarked, kissing it.

"Of course. I would never get rid of it." I declared, kissing his forehead.

"Even if you found a better one?" He asked, looking up at me.

"I've found prettier ones, but none will make me smile like yours." I stated, resting my head on his collarbone. I saw his necklace from under his jacket, and slowly pulled it out. I rolled over onto his side, admiring the little details of the necklace. "Where'd you get this?"

"Stole it from another pirate in the Caribbean. Back where we're going." He declared. I say up, smiling a little.

"Really?" I squealed. I'd heard that the Caribbean was beautiful, warm, and perfect.

"Yes. We have a cove there, and none of your English troops will find you." He stated, sitting up a little and rolling us over so that he was on top. I smiled, and rested my hand against his cheek.

"Speaking of troops and kingdoms, when will I be able to see the kingdom you would've ruled?" I questioned, twirling a piece of his hair in between my fingers. But Norman shook his head, sitting up.

"Never. You do realize that no one would recognize me. Plus, we're pirates." He said, sitting back. I sighed, rolling onto my side. Norman pressed against my back. "I'm sorry. But do you want another incident like at your kingdom?"

"I suppose not." I muttered, pressing my back into his chest. I was disappointed. I really wanted to see Norman's kingdom, but I knew he had a very good point. I rolled over and snuggled into his chest. "I love you too much to go through that again."

Norman chuckled, and kissed my head again. "I'd tell you I love you, but you'd get mad again."

"I wasn't ever mad. I just said don't say it so much." I said, pulling away a little.

"Fine. Then I love you." He declared, pressing his forehead against mine. I smiled, kissing his nose.

"I love you more."
