Chapter 10

I opened my eyes to find out I slept on the couch. Damnitt. I cracked my neck then my back.

"That's nasty." My brother said from the stairs. I rolled my eyes and stood up. I walked over to the kitchen and made myself some hot tea.

"Cameron's been calling and texting you like crazy." He said. I looked up from my tea at my brother.

"Why?" I asked.

"He says he misses you and wants to work out your fight you guys had." He said and walked over to the fridge.

"Well, what if I don't want to work it out." I said.

"Get over it sis." He said.

"Get over it? Just like how you got over Anna!" I raised my voice. He slammed the fridge shut and glared at me.

"Don't ever bring her up again." He said angrily. With that he left. I drank the rest of my tea and put my mug in the sink. I walked over to the door and slid my shoes on. I grabbed my key and walked outside. I walked next door and knocked on the door.

"Babe!" Cameron said excitedly. I held my hand up to stop him.

"Don't." I said.

"Cameron come on!" I hear other people yell from inside. I step around Cameron see 7 boys I don't recognize. I cross my arms over my chest and look at Cameron.

"Alex this Nash,Hayes,Taylor,Carter,Matt, Jack and Jack, and you know Shawn." Cameron said pointing at each boy. I faked a smile.

"Cam don't forget to back tomorrow since we leave Tuesday and its Saturday." Nash said. I looked at Cameron with my teeth clenched.

"Excuse us." Cameron said. He grabbed my waist and led me to his bedroom. He opened the door and I stood looking at him with anger.

"Babe, please listen to me." Cameron said. I nodded and looked outside.

"I was going to tell you that me and a bunch of people are gonna go on this tour called Magcon. We get to meet a bunch of our fans and it's an experience of a life time." Cameron finished and tried to grab my hands.

"Why did you tell me?" I asked.

"It never came up." He said.

"Well maybe it should of." I sassed and walked towards his door. He blocked me from getting out. He pushed against the door and put one hand right next to my head then the other on my waist.

"Cameron please let me go." I said and tried to get out of his grasp but failed.

"Babe." Cameron said. I looked at the floor to avoid his eyes. He then lifted my chin up so I could meet his eyes. Our eyes met and he looked at my eyes then my lips.

Cameron then pushed his soft lips onto mine. I kissed back and ran my hands through his hair. He then put both hands on my waist and sat on the bed. I was now in between his legs. He slowly trailed kisses from my lips to my neck.

I bit my lip to hold in my moan. I could feel Cameron leaving love marks on my neck. Cameron then reconnected our lips and took his shirt off. I then ran my hands over his 6 pack and then brought wrapped them around his neck.

Cameron then pulled at the bottom of my shirt and I took it off. I then started to kiss Cameron's jawline. I knew I was leaving a few love marks. I then brought my lips back to his. He swiped his tongue across my bottom lip. I let him in but didn't want this to go to far.

"Cam." I breathed. "Not today." I said.

"I know babe." Cameron said and kissed my forehead.

"I shouldn't have done that." I said and sat down on his bed.

"Why?" He asked.

"It didn't fix things." I said. I out my shirt back on and walked towards the door.

"Alex." Cameron said and grabbed my waist.

"No Cameron." I said holding back my tears.

"Alex come on we can work this out." Cameron said.

"No we can't Cameron! We just can't!" I yelled. He looked how I felt on the inside; crushed.

"Please Alex. Don't do this." He begged.

"I'm sorry Cameron." I said. He backed away and then his eyes flamed with anger. He then threw his fist into the wall causing his knuckles to bleed. He held is hand and I looked at the hole he left frightened.

"Bye Cameron." I said and pecked his forehead. I opened his door and walked out. I walked downstairs and saw all the boys laughing and smiling.

I passed them without them seeing and walked outside. As soon as the cool air hit me, my legs trembled and I fell to the ground. Soon hot tears started streaming down my cheeks.

"Are you okay?" I heard someone say. I looked up and saw a beautiful brunette girl. She mid length hair, green eyes, and beautiful long eyelashes.

"I'm Jill by the way." She said and helped me up.

"Alex." I said and wiped some tears away.

"So, are you okay?" She asked.

"Yeah. I'm better now thanks." I said.

"I'm glad. Why are you here?" She asked.

"I'm Cameron's friend." I said. She nodded.

"Well I'm Taylor's sister so." She giggled.

"Oh cool" I said. She laughed.

"Thanks." She said. I smiled.

"Well I'll see you later." She said and waved.

"Bye." I said. She walked inside and shut the door. I walked down the driveway and to my house. I walked into my backyard. I climbed up my ladder to my treehouse.

I sat down on the floor of the treehouse and looked around. I picked up Cameron's old baseball bat and tossed is back and forth in my hands. I can still remember when we were 7 and he broke our neighbors window. I smiled and tossed the bat in the corner.

I then caught something out of the corner of my eye. I crawled over to the corner and saw a small box. I opened and saw a ring. Engraved in it was 'forever and always'. I closed the box and shoved in into my pocket. I then ran down the ladder and to Cameron's house.

It the started pouring rain. I pounded on the door and waited for someone to answer. Cameron answered and looked at me with wide eyes.

"Alex come inside its pouring!" Cameron yelled over the pounding rain.

"What is this?" I yelled and held up the little box. He looked down at the ground.

"Tell me Cameron!" I yelled.

"It's a promise ring." He said. I felt like my heart stopped.

"For who?" I asked.

"You." He said.

"Why didn't you give it to me?" I asked throwing my hands in the air.

"I never got a chance." He said.

"You had plenty of fucking chances!" I yelled. "Maybe if you would of given it to me it wouldn't be like this!" I yelled once more. He looked at me for a minute.

Then I saw the one thing I didn't want to see.
