Chapter 17

I can't believe it's been 3 months since I told Cameron I was pregnant. To my surprise he was happy. I was very thankful that he didn't leave me. It's hard to be pregnant when your 17 years old.

Today was the day I find out if it's a boy or girl. Cameron wants a boy, obviously, and I want a girl. Cameron is coming to pick me up and I was sitting on the couch eating. What a life.

I got up and made my way upstairs, slowly. I walked to my closet and opened the doors. I grabbed one of Cameron's hoodies he left, black leggings, and my white converse. I changed and grabbed my phone.

I then made my way downstairs and sat on the couch. I then felt a hot breathe on my neck. I turned around and saw Cameron standing there. He was wearing a black obey tank top, khaki shorts, black and white vans, and his black and white SnapBack.

"Geez, Cam you scared me." I giggled.

"Sorry babe." Cameron said and kissed my head.

"Come on we have to get to the doctors." Cameron said and grabbed my hand. We walked to the door and to his red mustang. I got in and buckled up. Cameron did the same and turned the radio off.

"Why did you turn it off?" i asked.

"Because we need to talk about the baby." Cameron said.

"What's there to talk about?" I asked.

"Are we keeping it?" He asked.

"I thought we were going to give it up for adoption." I said.

"Oh, well I want to keep it." He said.

"Cam were 17 years old. We can't raise a child." I said.

"We can always try." He said. I sighed.

"Maybe." I said.

"Can we talk about this later please?" I asked.

"Sure." He said and set his hand on my thigh. I smiled and looked out the window. We pulled into the doctors office and got out of the car. We walked in and Cameron signed in. I sat down and pulled out my phone. I clicked on my reading app and clicked on my favorite book. On The Fence.

As I was reading I heard my name called. Cameron grabbed my hand and we went into the room. I sat on the bed thing and Cameron sat in the chair next to it. My doctor finally came in.

"Hello Alexandria." She said.

"Hi Shelly." I said.

"How are you doing?" Shelly asked.

"Okay I guess." I said. She nodded.

"Let's find out the gender shall we." Shelly said. I laid down and lifted my sweatshirt up.

"This is going to be a bit cold." Shelly giggled. I smiled and she put the cold gel on my stomach. She moved the thing around on my stomach and looked at the monitor. She smiled and turned to Cameron.

"It's a girl." She said. Cameron smiled so bright. I did too.

"Babe, we get a baby girl." He kissed my lips and sat back down. Shelly cleaned me up and told we could leave. As we were walking out I saw Justin and Sofia in the waiting room.

"I thought you were taking to Kamryn?" I crossed my arms.

"Not anymore." Justin said. I rolled my eyes and dragged Cameron out to the car. We got in and buckled up. I laid my head against the window.

"What's wrong baby?" Cameron asked, setting his hand on my thigh.

"My brother just plays every girl and I hate it." I said.

"Like Anna." He said.

"Especially Anna." I said.

"What did he do to her?" Cameron asked. I sighed and sat up. I took a deep breath and began.

"2 years ago Justin and Anna were dating. Justin was sweet as can be to her and she was happy as hell. Justin began to get aggressive. He had a temper I guess you could say. He hit her a couple times and called her mean names. He would cheat on her with multiple girls and never talk to her. It was dreadful to watch. Anna was not longer happy. She was depressed like me. Justin knew it but he used it to his advantage. He would tell her to kill herself or slit her wrists. It was horrible. She didn't deserve it. Then one day she tried to jump of the Silverman Bride. Someone caught her and then she went to a hospital. She came home and carved Justin into her arm with a knife. She almost died from the blood loss, but thankfully she didn't. Her parents then took her to a ward. To this day she is still there and now I write to her." I said, while sobbing. He calmed me down and we pulled into my driveway.

We got out and walked inside. I took my shoes off and threw my phone onto the couch.

"Want something to drink?" I asked. He nodded no. I grabbed a water bottle and sat on the counter. Cameron came and leaned into me. I kissed his head and pushed him off of me.

"Can I take a nap in your room?" Cameron asked. I giggled and said yes. He went upstairs to my room. I sent him a quick text saying I was going to run some arians. He said okay and I grabbed my keys and bag. I walked out to my car.

I got in and buckled up. I started the car and pulled out of my driveway. I then pulled onto the highway and towards Los Angeles.

*3 hours later*
After I finished my Taco Bell, I decided to call Kate.

Katey💛- hey what's up girl.
me- hey i just wanted to tell you I'm going to be late to the New Years Eve party.
Katey💛- okay bye.

I put my phone in my bag and pulled up the building. I got out of my car and up to the door. I opened it and walked to the front desk. I signed in and the lady directed me to the room.

I open it and saw the one person I miss.

"Hey Anna." I said.
