The brown-skinned beauty strutted into the Apple Store of Lenox mall in her new designer heels, in which she paid for.

Flipping her short-shoulder length curls over her shoulder as they bounced up and down with every step she took, she made her way up the counter where one of the employees had their back turned.

The employee was sharing a laughter with whoever it was she was on the phone with.

The woman's hands were twined together, waiting impatiently on the countertop.

Her gaze followed over towards the small church-like bell sitting next to a clipboard, pulling it over towards her direction she hit the bell twice.

Finally getting the employee's attention, the woman quickly ended the call and came to her attention.

She folded her hands across the counter as the woman's were as well.

She smiled sheepishly, obviously not happy to see the woman's bright face.

The woman smirked and showed all of her pretty teeth. "What's the matter Amber? Don't wanna be in the presence of your best friend?"

Amber, the employee, huffed at the sound of her voice. She could not stand to be around her snobbish best friend sometimes, she always managed to get under the tough skin she thought she obtained.

Amber rolled her eyes and looked towards the door. "Seriously, I haven't seen you in a month of Mondays and now you wanna come in here claiming yourself as my best friend?" She sent a hysteric chuckle the woman's way. "You got me so bent."

"The only thing that has you bent is your boyfriend, and I'm talking about over countertops of public restaurants." The woman snapped.

"You have no room to talk. You're too busy getting bent over by someone who you barely know."

The woman scoffed. "Who are you to talk about having sex with someone you barely know? How long did you know Chezz? Hmm, for fucking three hours, Amber!" She semi-yelled in Amber's face.

"Look here bitch, you will not bring this shit up here to my job. I will have security escort your pretty ass up outta here." Amber snarled, feeling betrayal build up the brick walls around her heart.

She loves her best friend dearly, would die for her, but she can be a total bitch at times.

The woman slightly chuckled and rose from the counter, her eyes wandered all across the tiny Apple Store.

Shaking her head in disapproval of the lifestyle her friend chose to live. But Amber saw no problem with it, it was way better than what she used to do. Stripping.

Although the money from that was good, but she could not go on forever being known as that stripper.

"It's better than what I used to do and you know that." Amber told her.

"Yeah yeah, anyways. I came here on a more serious note." She told her.

"And that is?" Amber asked in a non-interested tone.

The woman snatched Amber up by her work shirt collar, bringing her closer to her face where the smell of peppermint gum raided her mouth.

Her MAC lipgloss pierced Amber's lips, making her lips bald into the privacy of her mouth. Her best friend had unknowingly planted her lips onto hers and Amber didn't like that.

"You will be interested in anything I got to say. You got that shit?" She snapped through gritted teeth.

Amber nodded her head as the woman let go of her shirt.
