A/N:
Hiii, so we decided to update because we felt bad for leaving you guys for so long. Another reason being that it's Mikey's birthday, yaaaaay! So this chapter is dedicated to him.

All I do is stare at the man in front of us, unable to comprehend what exactly was happening.
"I - I don't understand. What do you..." Blue trailed off, clearly at a loss for words.
"You've got to believe me," Morris pleaded, his accent prominent. "I didn't do this. I didn't kill anyone."
We continued to stare at him with wide eyes, unsure of what to believe. I'd already set myself on the idea that Morris was responsible for all of this. It was the only thing that made sense. He had to be. He was trying to mess with us, trying to use sympathy to stop us from suspecting him.
When we didn't say anything, realisation dawned on him. He knew. He knew that there was no way we would believe him. He stepped away, not breaking eye contact, before turning around and walking back to his car, mumbling "I didn't kill anyone" to himself as he started the car and speeded off.
I didn't know what to think anymore.
"What was that about?" I finally whispered, suddenly exceptionally creeped out. I rubbed my arms, trying to stop the cold from seeping in.
"I... don't know," Blue whispered back. "We should probably return to Alpha."
It didn't take us long to get back to the house and a small part of me kind of wished that Mr Morris had offered us a lift so we didn't have to walk in the cold. But then again, I didn't want to end up being his next victim.
"Oh! There you are!" Charlie stopped in her tracks, waving us over as she scanned the contents of her clipboard. "I need you two to go buy the snacks and stuff. Alpha's credit card is in my room in the safe, you know the code."
My confusion was mirrored by Blue as we frowned at Charlie. What was she talking about?
Charlie noticed our perplexed expressions and rolled her eyes. "Please tell me you did not forget about the annual ARSO?"
"The what?" I asked, still majorly confused. It sounded like some cement company.
"The annual Alpha Rho Sleepover," Blue stated. "First years aren't allowed, remember? That's why we don't really know about it. I'm surprised you forgot last year's, with all the crap that went down."
"Oh yeah," I replied, finally remembering what exactly this night was about. I'd been attempting to study during last year's ARSO, which didn't go as planned with all the noise emanating through the entire house.
"So can you guys sort out the snacks for me?" Charlie asked, scrolling through her phone and then typing something.
"Sure. How many people usually attend this thing?" Blue asked as we slowly made our way to the stairs.
"Uhm... I obviously didn't go last year, so I'm not sure how many attended then. But it seems like it'll be about thirty, without the first years and including our guests."
"That's a lot. Sure this is a good idea?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"It's a tradition, Delta! And besides, your boyfriend's coming. I thought you'd be excited," Charlie winks as she disappears into the kitchen, phone pressed to her ear.
