Chapter 43
~Annabel's POV~
I was speechless. James would rather die than live without me.
"Aww honey, I love you." I said through tears.
"Why are you crying?" He asked wiping my tears away.
"I was just thinking about how when you were here and I was home how much I wanted to give up and just kill myself but the thought of you kept me going. I struggled but you kept me alive without even realizing it." I said new tears forming.
"Shh," he began pulling me into a right embrace. "That's not home. This is home. Home is where the one you love is."
"Then my home is here." I said with a smile.
"And it always will be. Halston won't be a problem." He replied.
"She won't give up that easy you know." I said.
"Yes I know but we'll get through it."
We spent the rest of the day watching movies and taking care if Kendall when needed.
It was now around 8 PM and I was starving. We called Kendall's babysitter, Emily and went out.
We went to a fast food place since we didn't feel like sitting down and eating at a restaurant. I ate more than I ever had before.
When we got home I paid Emily and thanked her. James fell asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow. I was nice enough to remove his shirt. He liked to sleep like that, I swear! It just has its advantages... James was out cold. I kissed his forehead and tucked him in. I looked at him for a minute realizing how lucky I am to be his fiancé.
After I snapped out of that and figure it was as good time as any to do this. I went into the bathroom and pulled out a pregnancy test. Half of me hoped I was pregnant but the others half wanted to wait until after the wedding. Plus, Kendall's birthday party was tomorrow and I wanted it to be about him not his possible little sister or brother. I did what I needed to do but now I had to wait 5 or 10 minutes. Finally time was up. I looked at the result...Chapter 44
~Annabel's POV~
I looked at the result, unsure how to feel. I didn't know whether to wake up James or not... He had no idea I'd even thought I was pregnant. I decided to wake him up...
"James." I whispered shaking him a bit.
"Huh?" He said sleepily.
"I have some... Uh news." I said.
Honestly I was kind of scared. I mean I know he loved Kendall and me more than anything but what if he didn't want another baby yet. We talked about waiting until after the wedding...
"What is it Annabel? Are you okay?"
"I think, James, I'm uh." I said
"Just say it. I'm sure it can't be bad." He assured me.
"I'm pregnant." I finally said.
His look was neutral at first. Then after a couple seconds he smiled.
"That's amazing!" He said hugging me.
"You're not mad?!" I blurted out. I have no idea where it came from...
"Of course not! I love you and Kendall! Another child would be great! Now, we have a reason to push the wedding up a bit!" He said really excited.
I couldn't help but smile.
"You are amazing!" I said connecting our lips.
"I'll make the invitations right now and we can give them tomorrow at the party."
So I did that, even though it was like midnight.
The invitations were a lavender with silver sparkles
It read:
'We cordially invite you to the holy matrimony of:
James David Maslow & Annabel Rose Williamson
The 12th of July. Please RSVP by June 21'
I centered everything and made it look nice. Then I printed out about 250. Better to be safe then sorry.
Finally I fell asleep on my couch with my laptop.
