I wake up with the familiar smell of Old Spice and musk. Nick. I smile as I felt him stroking my hair down my back. We lie there for a few minutes before he speaks, "We should get going. You need to pack." He gets up leaving me in confusion.
"What? Pack for what?"
"You're coming home with me to Chicago." He states.
"No I am not."
He turns back at me with a clenched jaw and black eyes.
"No?"
"No I'm graduating soon and after this I'm going home."
"Right to Chicago!"
"No Nick I am not going back to you."
"Oh really?" He begins to to lean down getting dangerously close to me. "What about last night?"
"What about it? It was just a one time thing the last time."
"No I don't mean the sex. I told you last night that you're coming back with me to Chicago and you said sure."
Dammit! "I didn't know what I was saying! I was pretty much asleep you can hold it against me!"
"I don't give a fuck if you are coming  with me willingly or by force! You are never leaving my side again."
"Nick!" I whine
"I don't care! Get dressed." He orders me. He just ordered me, well not this time.
"No." I state with a firm voice.
"Why must you be difficult?"
"And why do you have to boss me around all the time?"
He slams his hands against my desk.
I look down at my hands.
"Nick I am not going back to you because I can't. I can't be the wife you want me to be. You need someone that is going to fulfill every one of your needs and I just can't be that woman."
"I don't need anyone else. I just need you. I love you and I don't want anyone else."
"I'm sorry but I need to figure out who I am before I commit myself to this life with you."
He comes to me and leans his forehead against mine.
"I love you so much. But you need to leave me alone you need to find the right one. I'm not her."
He was about to say something but he turns away. It broke my heart. Deep down if he would have said I love you one more time I know I would have gone crawling back to him. He grabs his clothes and walks out slamming the door.

Nick's POV
There's nothing more I can do. Nothing more I can say. I may still love her but she will never be mine and the sooner I move on the better. I know I'm not right for her just like she's not right for me. She wouldn't be happy with the life I give her. She wouldn't be happy pretending to be someone she isn't just for appearance. I can't force her and I won't because I love her too much to see her unhappy for even a second. So if I truly love her I have to let her go.
