I hope my plan of giving hints to Amanda that Devan doesn't like her anymore works. I don't want her to take it in a wrong way. I mean seriously, I'm afraid things will go wrong. I hope she will understand.

* Amanda's POV *
Devan has been ignoring me all day! Even yesterday! I mean, come on! No one does gardening until morning, right? He has been acting weird lately. I hope he is not cheating on me.

~ At school during lunch ~

* Elizabeth's POV *
Where is she? She should be in the cafeteria by now. Oh there she is!

"Hey Amanda! Can we eat together? I mean I want to talk to you about something."

"Yea sure,"

"So, have you noticed that Devan has been acting weird lately?"

"Yea, he did not even text me last night and this morning! Wait, do you know what is going on with him? Is he cheating on me? Oh my god! You need to tell me what's happening!"

"Calm down Amanda. He is not cheating on you. He just needs some space. I mean you have been following him around and all. So I think he needs his own personal space without you interfering."

"What? Personal space? Are you kidding me? I DO give him his personal space! Arghh whatever. Thanks for telling me" with that last sentence, Amanda walks off from the table.

* Amanda's POV *
What does she means he needs some personal space? I did give him some space, didn't I? Or is it she has a crush on Devan and wants me to break up with him and then she can have him all to herself! THAT'S RIGHT! She likes him and she wants him! She thinks I'm in the way so she needed to put me away! Oh Elizabeth, do you think I'm that dumb? Oh please.

* Devan's POV *
"So, how did it go?"

"I don't know. I mean, I think she gets what I mean but she was kind of mad when I said that maybe you needed some personal space..."

"Oh. I think you don't have to worry about that. She is always like that. That is why I don't like her any longer and also I don't know why I asked her out at the first place..."

"Wow. Weird."

"I know right. Okay, talk to you later!"

~ Tuesday morning, in school ~

From the first period till the period before lunch, I have been receiving hate notes from random people. This is bad. I don't know what to do. This is actually make me feel insecure. I need help but I don't want to tell anyone about it though.

"HEY LOSER!" A random guy said to me with a slap across the face.

Ouch! That hurts like a bitch.

"Why did you do that for?"

"For stealing someone's boyfriend"

I ran straight to the back of the school and started crying. This is getting worst. But why is this happening though? I think I might have been crying for quite sometime because Devan found me and started asking me what's wrong. I decided to show him the hates that I got and the hates that I received earlier. He was shock and I could see anger written across his face. Instead of him getting mad and wanting to find out who did this to me, he decided to cheer me up and asked me if I wanted froyo. Obviously being sad, you wouldn't want to be in school when you have a lot of people hating you so we ditched school.

* Amanda's POV *

Lizzy and I decided to ditch school because we wanted to see what happen if we did it, so Lizzy and I went to froyo and I saw what I did not expected to see. Now she is really getting on my nerves!
