Why me?

* Elizabeth's POV *
After the phone call with Amanda, I felt really scared. I don't know whether i should tell Devan that she called me and threatened me at the same time. I'm still wondering though about why she still hates me and always tries to take revenge on me. Does she still has feelings towards Devan? Does she wants me to be away from him?

I decided not to tell anyone. I think this time I could handle my own problems. I'm also sure that Amanda was just trying to scare me and nothing bad is coming in my way. I think. I should probably go to sleep now before i feel dizzy again.

* Devan's POV *
I was thinking of a way to ask Elizabeth out. I can't stop thinking about her. She just completes me. You know what I mean? I hope she accepts me though. I think I should ask her Mother's opinion. I should just call her.

"Hello Mrs. Collins, it's Devan."

"Hello Devan, how are you?" She asked.

"I'm fine, what about you?"

"I'm fine too. So what's with the sudden call?" She asked, ending it with a chuckle.

"Well I needed your opinion,"

"Oh, what is it about?"

"About Elizabeth," I said

"Oh..." She replied. Even though I can't see her but I can tell she had a smirk on her face. I can feel myself blushing. Literally.

"I think I should go straight to the point. I like Elizabeth. She makes me happy. She won't get out of my mind, it's always there like 24/7. And lastly she completes me. I really needed you opinion about me asking her out. I really don't know what to do."

"Wow, that was the first time a boy told me how he really feels about Elizabeth. Devan, you are a good friend of hers. She always talks about you. It shows that you always makes her happy and you're always there for her. If you want to ask her out, you could do it any way you like. Even if you do it as simple as you coming over and asking her, I bet she would accept. I don't mind if you're with her because I know you will always keep an eye on her when she's with you so I trust you."

"Thank you Mrs Collins! It really helped me a lot. You're the best!" I said, being completely honest.

"No problem. I need to go now. I have to clean up the house."

"Alright. It's good talking to you Mrs Collins! Goodbye!"

"Goodbye."

Well that was a good chat. I hope my plan works but I'm still confuse with what I'm going to do.

* Elizabeth's POV *
I woke up nearly 11 am and my mum did not even bother to wake me up. I guess it's because I'm still not fully recovered. With this Amanda thing that happened yesterday, it's really making me confuse. Whatever, maybe I should see where this 'something bad is doing your way' brings me.
