Brynley called Lane
"Lane,I'm sorry. It's over."
"Brynley, What do you mean it's over. We have three kids."
"Lane,You can keep the boys. I'll keep Cass. I can't keep doing this Lane. We can't keep fighting like this. It's just not fair to the kids."
"Brynley,getting a divorce is not fair to the kids either. I'll be there soon to pick up the boys."
Lane hung up the phone and sat down.
"I'm never dating another woman again." said Lane
Lacie walked into the kitchen.
"Give her some time. Go take a shower and pick up the boys.""Tell Grey. I'm gonna kick his ass on Call of Duty. Love you Sis."
Lane hugged her"JJ,I love you son."
Reese laid in her Mom's arms. She was sleeping.
"Finished." Mikey walked into the room and Grabbed Reese's bag.
"Jessa,Ready to go?"
"Yeah. Can we go visit your brother and mine."
Mikey kissed Jessa, the three walked out the room. Jessa carried Reese into her brother's room.
"JJ,someone wants to meet their Uncle." Jessa walked around to the chair and sat down. JJ sat up in the bed.
"Jessa,Can I hold her?" Jessa handed Reese to her brother.
"JJ,I would like you and Paisley to be the godparents." JJ's mouth shot open.
"I would love to be." JJ looked down at his niece and smiled.
"Reese,Uncle JJ loves you a lot and I will spoil you. I promise that you can always come to me."
Brynley walked into the lawyer's office. She walked to where he is.
"Hey Mr. Hart."
"Nice to meet with you Mrs. Halstead."
"I want a divorce from my husband. We are fighting all of the time and it's just not a good relationship. He's drinking."
"I understand. I need you husband here because he has to sign these papers."
"Okay. I'll call him."
Brynley got out her phone and called Lane.
"Lane,I need you to come to the lawyer's office."
"I'll be there in a bit. I'm meeting with Internal Affairs."
"Just get here soon."
Lane in his desk in his office looking at the picture of him and his family.
"I'll always love you Brynley."
Lane walked out his office, he got into his truck and drove to the Lawyer's.
Brynley already signed the papers. Lane walked in.
"Brynley,Are you sure?""Lane,this isn't healthy for the kids."
"I know. We can try to fix it."
Brynley stood up."I don't think we can. You can have the boys until Cass turns a year then we'll do every other week with them."
