Chapter 18: Leaving Again

Two months later

Erin stepped out the shower and put her clothes on. "Jay, We are moving still right?"

Jay nodded his head. Erin and Jay said after Juliet was out of their house they would move to Wisconsin. Which they waited four years to move.

"Britton, It's almost time to leave." yelled Daniel

"I'm coming." Britton cleaned herself up then glanced down at the test sitting on the counter. It read Positive. Daniel was set to leave for the Army in a week and She was pregnant and He would be gone for a year. She threw it in the trash and ran out the bathroom door.

"Ready Fiancée?" Daniel smiled, Britton nodded her head. It was Reese's 16 birthday party.

"Daniel, I have something to tell you. I know we didn't plan this but, I'm pregnant."

Daniel stopped what he was doing and kissed her. They both stood there in the doorway of Jessa's house kissing. Until Reese came by the door and opened it.

"Whoa! Really?" Reese laughed
"Happy Birthday!" Britton hugged her

They both entered the house. Greyson pulled into the driveway next. His girlfriend was sitting next to him. Her name is Rylen.

"Ry,Sorry for my crazy family. I am sorry if they bother you."

"Grey, I do not care." Rylen grabbed his face and kissed his lips.

"Can we just kiss for the rest of the evening?" Rylen laughed

"Sure." Greyson grabbed her cheeks and they continued to kiss.

Lane and his girlfriend Emery pulled into the driveway.

"Em, again my family will bother you and smother you with questions just ignore them."

JJ and Paisley got out their car. JJ picked up Camille and Paisley got Jay-Luke out.

"Daddy! Why are we at Nana's?"

"Because it's Reese's birthday."

"Oh!" Camille put her head on his shoulder. Isaiah got out the car and walked towards the door. Reese's friend Matthew walked to the door. He held some flowers in his hand.
Michael answered the door.

"Who are you?" asked Michael

"I'm Reese's friend Matthew. She invited me. I hang out with Blaine and Collin." Lane Sr. walked into the house.

"Hey Dad!" Said Cassie

"Hey Cass! Do you know where Britt is?"

Cassadee rolled her eyes then scoffed
"She's in the kitchen..."

"Cass, she's your sister. Anyway how's your Mom? I heard she got married."

"She's doing good Dad..." Cassie went into Reese's room.

"Reese, Matthew is here..." Reese ran out her room and walked to the door. She stopped in front of it and smiled.

"Come in. Excuse my family because they are well. Crazy and they will ask you questions."

The next day. Today was the day Britton and Daniel dreaded. Daniel was leaving for a two year tour in Afghanistan. She hated that he would miss the birth of their baby. Britton still hasn't told anyone about the baby yet. She was waiting. They both walked into the airport. Britton wrapped her arms around Daniel and hugged him tightly. She didn't want to let him go.

"Daniel Patrick Collins! You better stay safe and come home to me!"

He kissed her. "I love you and I promise." He let go of her and grabbed his bag and walked to the plane.

Erin packed the last of the boxes. Jay-Luke and Camille were coming over. Isaiah was coming over also.

"Isaiah! Can you watch the twins for me while I pack these last two boxes?"

"Yeah."

The next day Tyler Severide stood paying for the ring he just bought for his girlfriend Camille. He finally asked Matt for permission.

He stuck the ring in his pocket. Two Robbers came running through the door shooting Tyler and the owner.

"Lane! Robbery in progress! Morgan's on 54th!" Lane threw his vest on then ran out of intelligence. Everyone else follower him out.

"Ambulance 61! Shooting at Morgan's on 54th!"
Camille and Jacie ran it of the firehouse and towards the ambo. Camille sped to the Jewlery shop.

Lane and Lacie walked into the shop. They noticed Tyler lying there.

"Lacie! Grab a towel!"

Lane started putting pressure on the wound but they felt no pulse. Camille and Jacie walked into the shop.

"Tyler!" Jacie tried bringing her little brother back to life.

"Tyler! Please!"

Camille saw her boyfriend and threw her hand over her mouth. She started crying.

Lane saw the ring and letter in his pocket. He pulled it out and gave it to Camille.

"I think this is for you."

She opened the letter.
"Dear Camille,
I love you and I want you to be my wife. Will you Marry Me?"

"He was going to propose."

The two robbers left the scene before Intelligence got there.

Later in the day Britton saw two Marines walking up her door step.

They knocked and she walked to the door. One of the Marines handed her a letter while the other handed her a flag and Dogtags.

"No. No. No!" She yelled then she fell to the ground and cried. Liam and Lane walked onto her porch and walked in. They both saw her crying on the couch.

"Sh.. It'll be okay Britt."

"Lane,he's dead."

Cassie walked into the kitchen in her dad's house.
"Dad,Mom wants me to go over there." She looked afraid and Lane has never seen her like that.

"Tell her no. You and I are supposed to go see a movie."

"We can. Dad,I need to tell you something."

"What is it?"

"Sean,He raped me. Dad,He told me not to tell you. Mom knows. She even said not to tell anyone. I saw her taking drugs too."

Lane controlled his anger. Lacie sat in the kitchen doing her bills.

"Chris! Where's Blaine?"

"Out with Reese and DJ."

"I can't believe he's friends with him. I mean he can be friends with whoever he wants."

"Lace,I love you."

Lacie glanced down at her phone. It was Meredith

"Detective,I just found Reese Blaine and DJ at a party with drugs and alcohol." Lacie dropped the phone grabbed her gun and keys then ran out the door. Chris followed her
