Isaiah James Halstead: works at Chicago Med. Has two kids Kelsie and Kyle and is married to Brittany.
Lane William Halstead: Police Officer,is a commander. Has 4 kids. Lane Jr he's 24 and has a daughter  Liam is 24 and is dating Rebecca,Britton is 20 and is pregnant she was engaged to Daniel and Cassadee is 15. Lane Has two grandkids. Elaine Taylor and one not yet born. Not married

Lacie Anne Halstead: married to Christopher James Hermann Jr. Has 3 kids. Greyson Jay he's 25, not married and not dating anyone,but is often found sneaking around with Morgan the paramedic on 61.  Emerson Gracie Hermann she's 20 and is dating Ryan. Blaine Christopher he's 15 and is a trouble maker.
Lacie and Chris are high school sweethearts.

Jay Halstead Jr.: He's 34 he's married to Paisley. He has 3 kids, Isaiah William Halstead he's 13 and his best friends with Shane Ruzek. Camille and Jay-Luke are twins they are both three. Jay works at the 21st He is Sergeant of Intelligence.

Jessa Halstead Ruzek: She's 34 and has two kids. She's married to Mikey Ruzek. She is a detective for Untelligence. Reese Noelle Ruzek is 15 and Shane Michael Ruzek is 13 they are her children.
Juliet Gracie Halstead is the last of the Halstead bunch she is 20 years old. She's dating Walker a firefighter for 51. She is studying to be a Police officer.

Mason Ruzek: He's 33 married to Jacie Severide Ruzek. Has two kids Reese Noelle and Daniel Jay DJ. He works underneath Lane and Lacie and JJ.

Kyle James Halstead: He's Halstead. His dad is Isaiah and he's a strong boy. He works as a partner for Meredith Gurwich. He isn't married and is not dating anyone.

Kelsie Jess Halstead: She's 20 like her twin brother. She is a Pediatric Nurse at Chicago Med like her Mom. She is not dating anyone but Her brother wants to set her up with his friend Bradley.

Reese Noelle Ruzek: daughter of Mason and Jessa. She is 15 and loves to disobey the rules. She's a troublemaker.

Shane Michael Ruzek: He's 13 and is best friends with his older cousin Isaiah. They are only three months apart. He's a troublemaker.

Greyson Jay Hermann: He's a Lieutenant on Truck. He has no girlfriend but he's often found sneaking around with Morgan. He loves his job.

Emerson Gracie Hermann: She's 20 years old and is studying to be a Police Officer. She is in a relationship with Ryan Collins.

Blaine Christopher: He's 15 and a troublemaker trying to decide where he fits in.  He goes to Chicago Hig School with his cousins Cassie and Reese. 

Liam Patrick Halstead: He's 24 and he works as a patrol officer at the 21st. His brother is his partner. He has a girlfriend Rebecca she is a Med student at Chicago Med. He has one niece and one nephew. 

Lane William Halstead Jr.: He's 24 and a dad to a 5 month old baby girl Elaine Taylor Halstead, He works as a patrol officer at the 21st. His brother Liam is his partner. 

Britton Elaine Halstead: She's 20 years old and is pregnant for a boy. Her fiancee' Daniel was in the Army until he passed away when she was 3 months pregnant. 

Cassadee Rose Halstead: 15 years old and goes to Chicago High School,her best friend is Reese Ruzek. 

Camille and Jay-Luke Halstead: Twins parents are JJ and Paisley. They are three and have been kidnapped once. 

Meredith Lindsay  Gurwich: She's 25 and works at the 21st. Her Mom is Nadia Decotis now Nadia Gurwich, Her Dad is Mouse and  she has a 15 year old brother named Finn. 

Finn Gregory Ryan Gurwich: He's 15 and goes to school at Chicago High School. 

Camille Shay Casey: 33 pregnant and her boyfriend Tyler Severide was killed. Camille is the daughter of Gabby and Matthew Casey. She's a paramedic. 

Collin Matthew Casey: He's 33 and is the twin brother to Camille, He is a firefighter on truck working underneath Greyson.

Colton Antonio Casey: 20 years old, He's a firefighter on squad and his girlfriend Victoria works at Chicago Med. 

I am pretty sure that is all the kids. I may have missed one of them but just please tell me if I have. This is to just sort out any confusion as to who is in the story.
