The next morning Bliss came down stairs and was heading to the kitchen her head started pounding. She knew she was getting infected again, but was unable to pinpoint how and when she got it. Fortunately, her amulet was still pink. Bliss hated this, she hated being infected, it made her feel that the lives of her family were going in vain. They died protecting her and to be so weak as to constantly battle this infection made her sick. She had begged her younger cousin, Kai, to keep quiet until she knew what to do. But just like every time before she didn't know what to do. Usually, she just waited it out and liberated some souls and it would go away, but this time it looked like it wouldn't be so easy. As of late, she has been having doubts in reference to the success of Team Liberate. As she entered the kitchen, she saw her friends waiting for her.

"Wait, what are all of you doing here?" Bliss asked.

"We could see that you were sick and we want to help you," Song said as she slowly started walking towards her.

"If you're about to say what I think you are, save your breath. I'm not strong enough to win a mind war against anyone right now." Bliss turned to Song.

"That was not what we wanted to suggest. Free was telling me about a facility called Capital Q, it has doctors and they treat patients to get their resistance up so they won't be infected easily. The doctor's can probably help you." Song replied.

"Why haven't I heard of this before?" Bliss sounded doubtful.

"Because no one wants Shadows to infiltrate the facility," Onyx answered, although he didn't sound too enthused about Song's idea.

Bliss sat down on the floor. "You don't think it's too late for me, do you?" Tears threatened to fall from her face.

"I know it's not!" Kai exclaimed.

"We're not going to turn our backs on you. We're a team, never forget that, a team that has gone through everything and back. This is no different and no matter what gets thrown at us we always fight back," Song said.

Bliss looked around at all of her friends supporting her, she smiled. She looked at all of their eyes and saw a different light in each one of them. Song reflected faith, Kai family, Onyx bravery, and Free eyes shined with love. Determination set in and Bliss felt like fighting again, she wouldn't let her friends down. "Okay, I'm done hiding away and feeling sorry and worthless. I'll try it. I will go to Capital Q."

"Resilience in the face of adversity, makes us strong," Song said as she extended her hand to help Bliss off of the floor.

"You really made a big step, I can help you get packed for your stay at the facility." Free offered.

Blissed nodded her head in agreement. Everyone sighed in relief. Free left the kitchen with Bliss to help her get ready.

Free started with Bliss upstairs, "I'm glad that you're doing this. You know my grandfather always told me to never be afraid of what's hard. Certain things are easy to do. It easy to hate, to turn back, and run away, but it's hard to forgive, it's hard to face forward, it's hard to stand your ground. He told me that if you take the easy road, you'll always do what's easy. It sounds good, but who really wants to live like that? Because what will you do when there is nothing left but the hard choices?"

"Thanks, I needed that. I really needed everyone. I hope that I can be healed of this, and maybe I can know what inner peace is. It's something I've never known and never owned. I've spent whole life fighting, winning and losing, rising and falling, but I've never known peace. I know it may sound selfish, but I want to be happy for real. Not the liberated souls happy, but really happy." Bliss looked down with tears in her eyes, tears that never fell, but were there nonetheless.
