*2 weeks later*
It was final. Raini, Matthew, Trenton, and Castiel had all dropped out of college and bought a house together. They were finally out of my hair, for now. The results for the paternity test were due back today and I knew they would call us over to celebrate and spill the news.
Currently, I was sitting, board out of my mind in class. The walking STD wasn't here to keep me company and neither was anyone I actually interacted with. I had my earbuds plugged in, running through my sleeve and into my ear. I made sure to keep one out to pay attention if I was called on or something. Other than that, 'Teenagers' was my current song of choice. I was working on a paper for another class when I heard something terrible.
"You will be working in partners for this project. I have selected your team for you. The results are currently posted on the bulletin board."
The board was right behind me, granted I was sitting in the back of the classroom. Everyone swarmed me in seconds and I turned back around. No use looking for my partner right now. The person would show up in front of me sooner or later.
"Who the fuck is Boston?"
"I think she's that emo girl."
"Oh great. They partner me with the person who cuts herself. Awesome."
I was so tempted to stand up and beat the shit out the kid.
I growled and mumbled something under my breath.
"Not all emo kids cut themselves."
Tina, who happened to be in this class, turned around. She tapped my back.
"Did you say something, pussy?"
Oh she was asking for it. I kept silent and she spun my chair towards her.
"I'm speaking to you, whore."
I leaned back against the desk. She wasn't going to phase me. She and her gang could say all they wanted and I would still be unaffected.
What she did next, however, made me snap.
She grabbed the earbud wire and yanked it out of my ear.
"Maybe you didn't he..."
She didn't get to finish her sentence before my fist connected with her face. The crowd around us reacted with gasps and her friends ran to her aid. I grabbed my stuff and left the room. Thank god the teacher wasn't there to witness me punching her.

I flopped down on the bed and clicked the remote. The stereo turned on and I skipped through the songs until an angry one came on. 'Let's Start A Riot' started off and I gripped the sheets, getting lost in the lyrics.

The bedroom door swung open and Blake stormed in, worried look present on his face. He clicked the stereo off and grabbed my phone off the nightstand. He scrolled through until he picked the perfect song. He set the phone down next to me and wrapped his arms against me. 'Save Today' played in the background as Blake clutched me to him. I gradually calmed down and picked my head up. He smiled.
"Better?"
I nodded.
"Good. Just ignore them."
"How did you find out?"
"Chrystian was spreading it all over. He claimed that he brought you to suicide."
"Too late."
"Sh. I know. They don't know about that though. We managed to keep it a secret."
I put my head on his shoulder and he laughed as the song changed. 'Sick And Twisted Affair'. His eyes widen. He knew what mood this song put me in. I slowly climbed off the bed. My clothes seemed to peel themselves of my body. Agonizingly slow.

I was sprawled out on the couch watching my new favorite TV show, thanks to Quinn, Supernatural. Sam and Dean pulled me in since the minute they appeared on the screen.
Someone knocked at the door and Blake went to get it.
"What do you want Chrystian?"
"I came to see Boston. We're partners for the project. Unless she's dead."
I climbed off the couch and wrapped my arms around Blake. I looked at Chrystian and snapped at him.
"What the hell do you want?"
"It's someone's time of the month isn't it?"
My middle finger was kind enough to salute him for me. His eyes just rolled and he held up a bag.
"I bought you an 'I'm sorry' gift."
I didn't trust him but I grabbed it and put it on the table.
"Anything else?"
"I was hoping we could start work for the project tomorrow."
"But tomorrow is Thursday."
"And?"
"I don't have any classes on Thursday."
He gave me a look of impatients.
"Fine. Be here no later than noon, no earlier than ten. Got it?"
He nodded and left. The door slammed and Blake turned around.
"Music?"
I nodded. Music had become my go to therapy type thing. The lyrics spoke to me. I understood them.
