Imagine...

I was in Chandlers kitchen helping his mom, Gina-Ann with the making of the stuffing.     "(Y/N), can you rip up the bread and put it in the bowl?" Gina-Ann instructed. "Of course" I replied, tearing up the bread.

"(Y/N), when did you get here?" I heard Chandler say as he came into the kitchen. "I've been here, you knew I was coming for Thanksgiving dinner" I told him wth a giggle. "Yea, but I didn't think you'd be helping my mom cook" Chandler said, pouring a glass of water. "Chan, she's been your best friend since forever. When isn't she here?" His mom joked.

It's true, I've known Chandler forever. We spend every holiday either at his house or mine. His family has become my family and that's what I'm grateful for this thanksgiving.

"Very true" Chandler laughed. "(Y/N), go do something with Chandler, I'll finish cooking" his mom said. "You sure?" I asked, wiping my hands on the towel. "Yea, go have fun" she stated. "C'mon" Chandler said, heading upstairs. "Wait up" I shouted while I followed him upstairs and to his bedroom.

"I'm gonna play League Of Legends. Do you wanna play?" Chandler asked as I walked into his room. "Um, no I'll just watch" I said walking over to him. Chandler patted his thighs, inviting me to sit on his lap. I settled myself in his lap and leaned my head back placing it on his shoulder. I watched him play his game as I sat cuddled in his lap.

"Hey guys! Dinner is ready" his mother yelled up to us. "Okay" I shouted back down to her. "Let's go" I said to Chandler. "Im coming, I'm coming" he said with a eye roll.

I sat at the dining room table, crossing my legs and Chandler sat next to me. An assortment of food laid out on the table, waiting to be eaten.

"What is everyone thankful for?" Chandlers dad asked. "I'm grateful for good friends" I said looking at Chandler. "An good family, good food and everything in between" I finished. "I'm thankful for that and more to come" Chandler said. I didn't here what anyone else said because I was just basking in the glory of our friendship.

Everyone finished their speeches and we dug into the delicious dinner. We shared stories and laughs as we ate the turkey. It was a really fun Thanksgiving and I couldn't ask for anything more.
