One Week Later
Its Aaron and I's last day in California.
Over the last three days Blake and I have finally made up. Even though, I'm still kind of mad at him for pouring that bucket of water on me. He apologized to me everyday and I told him that he didn't have to apologize anymore. He smiled at me and pulled me in for a hug.
Today, Blake and I are hanging out with some of his friends at a small kickback later on tonight. He told me that there's going to be at least fifteen to twenty people there. Mostly boys but I don't mind.
Right now, Blake is taking me to the Pier. The twins are coming too. We haven't had the chance to go earlier throughout the time I've been here. But today I'm going to have the time of my life there.
I'm wearing a pink bikini with shorts for right now. My hair is in a messy bun and I have a towel wrapped around my waist. Blake's wearing swim trunks, a wife beater with Nike slides. I have no clue why he's wearing slides but I've seen lots of boys do that before.
"We're leaving!" Blake announces as we make our way towards the door.
Ariel stands up and walks out. "Be careful. Watch my babies." she informs us.
"We will. Don't worry." I smile. We put the twins in their little booster seats and buckle them up for safety.
After buckling up the twins Blake and I hopped inside of the car. Blake places the keys into the ignition and starts the car up. Not a second later were out on the street making our way to the Pier.
In my head I'm screaming like a total maniac right now but I'm playing it off. I distracted myself from screaming out loud by sucking on my thumb.
The closer we got to the Pier the more my stomach jumped with excitement. I couldn't wait to get in the water even though it be cold as hell and play on the swings. The food is the best part! The funnel cakes are life. My mouth has been set on that funnel cake for the longest.
When we pulled up to the Pier and parked I eagerly jumped out of the car. Blake and I helped the twins out. I grabbed the twins bag full of toys and held onto Justin's hand while Blake held onto Jason's hand. We made our way down by the water.
Once we were down by the water the twins let go of Blake and I's hand and automatically ran into the waves. I giggled and placed their bag down then went in after them. They splashed me with the water and I got them back. Their little giggles filled my ears with so much joy. Blake slipped off his shoes but kept his socks on and joined us in the water. He splashed me and I quickly got him back. The twins joined us and we splashed them as well. I let my hair down so I could let it flow.
The twins and Blake are whispering something to each other and I stand there looking confused.
"What are you guys talking about?" I ask confusingly.
Next, thing I know is I'm thrown over Blake's shoulder and he's running deeper into the water. I'm screaming and kicking, telling him to put me down but he's laughing his head off.
"Blake put me down! Don't throw me into the water!" I giggle. "Please! I'm begging you!"
He stops running. "I'm sorry but I promised the twins to dunk you in the water." My body is thrown into the water and I can hear Blake and the twins laughing at me. I come up from the water and brush my hair out of my face spitting water out of my mouth.
"I freaking hate you Blake!" I laugh loudly. I stand up and start charging at Blake.
"Run!" he yells to the twins. They all take off going back to shore.
