Back when we were younger, we loved
That was real without question
Now I'm always asking myself whether this is forever or just another lesson

Why don't you do the things you used to?
Have you forgotten?
We used to write each other poetry, we used to talk about a variety of different topics
I wonder what's so different
Have we known each other too long?
Until we're running out of words and the feelings aren't as strong
Whether that's true or not, I'm still in love
I'm not sure of what to do at the moment
I don't know when things will get better
But I'll continue to pray for our relationship
I wanna work this out together
