Time waits on no man, so why should a person wait on you. You're not a bus at a bus stop or a woman's virtue. And even then a woman has the right to choose. Whether to wait or whether it's time to lose. What makes you think a person should be tied to you? When they have the power to choose if they want to cut you loose. There's someone ready to love them. There's someone ready to show them that you don't have to wait for something that should be given. Like affection, conversation, loyalty, and persistence. Someone who's always willing to go the distance. Just because they're here today it doesn't mean they'll never get tired of your games. It doesn't mean they'll never get tired of your lack of effort and your refusal to change. You try for other things you want, so this situation is the same. It's just those are materialistic and this involves a human being. You could be working to buy a car, you could be working to buy a guitar. When it comes to working for someone you want, are you willing to try that hard? People say they want this and people say they want that. They got a lot of mouth but where's the money at? Put your money where your mouth is and show that it's what you want. If you won't show anything you should never speak the words.
